I NEEDED SOME SMALL REPAIRS TO A BATHROOM WINDOW SO I CALLED AND REPORTED IT TO THEM. I WAS SURPRISED THAT WITHIN A HALF HOUR I GOT A CALL BACK AND THEY WERE THERE REPAIRING MY WINDOW ( I FIGURED IT WOULD TAKE A DAY OR SO FOR IT ALL TO BE COMPLETED ETC.) THE REPAIRMAN WAS PLEASANT AND TIDY WHICH WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. KUDOS DUO TEMP THANK YOU.

Great experience. Both my wife and I enjoyed our interactions with them. They gave us their honest opinion when coming in to assess our windows.Even with the COVID madness they remembered we had a deadline for the work we wanted done as we were expecting.During installation the arrived on time. There was a mixup with one of our windows, the manufacturer shipped the wrong window. They were apologetic and sorted it out very quickly for us.I was referred by a colleague that also had a great experience with them. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

We are in love with our new sunroom. Duotemp have now completed three separate jobs for us and during that time have installed a total of 7 windows in our home including our large living room window. They are professional, polite and efficient. They are easy to reach if you have any concerns before , during and even after the job is complete. They stand behind their workmanship. Would highly recommend for a trouble free experience.
