Was there today, huge Christmas rush but they had so much staff on, every till had 2-3 employees for quick transactions and the shelves were all stocked, don't know how they do it, but they do!

During the pandemic the owners were being a part of the community instead of just trying to make the most $ they could from it. During the big toilet paper panic, not only was it fully stocked, but it was 50% off - surely the owners could have sold the same amount for full price.

Rude management who threatened me and got in my face over not wearing a slave mask in the store. Had to go to police and the Owner of the local IGA to file a complaint. After the ignorant staff learned what rights the citizens in a so called free country have, they finally left me alone to shop. Several times iv purchased vegetables and bread products that went bad in just a day or two, not sure if its the companies mislabelling the best before date or shipping and storage problems. sometimes i shop at the Balmer Food Fair but its a long drive just to put up with the same slave mask stupidity. I get far better prices and superior quality of non-perishable food items ect. fromHealthy Planet .ca

Reasonable price and verities of goods. I got indian spicy too.

Their hours don't allow a working person to shop (they close too early). Forced to go to Balmertown to shop as they are open later..

Price's are high and stock is limited. Building is dated and small and could use a good cleaning. On the plus side the workers are all friendly and helpful.

One of the last Bastions of the Classic age of Grocers. The location is organized for the size, staff is friendly and courteous and the smell of freshly baked bread wafted throughout my shopping experience.
