I am beyond impress with the quality of service, attention to detail, time, and dedication Moe put into getting my iPhone running smoothly again!I came in with my iPhone X being unresponsive on two areas on screen. He replaced the screen and fixed the vibration (an issue I had been quoted 65$ to fix from another store). That night the new screen started to ghost touch and he was quick to respond with solutions, offering to replace the screen and even contacting a company that specializes in motherboard repairs on my behalf if that turned out to be the problem.He replaced the screen with a new one and I also ending up replacing my battery (which has made of world of difference) for a reasonable price. He even installed my new screen protector!Throughout our entire interaction Moe was polite, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure I received the best service. He was able to work with my schedule and took the time explain to me the process and my options. Never making me feel that my lack of tech savvy was an issue.
