Bureau en Gros

Very, very terrible experience and I will never shop at this business ever again, honestly I'm not even sure how this business is kept alive. I bought a headset from this company and with it comes a non refund policy which is understandable but on day one the headset had a defect and didnt even work correctly on one of its sides. I return to the store the next day wanting either an exchange or a refund for a product that obviously has a defect in it. Here comes the biggest hassle of my life for returning a product that was broken before purchase that I bought online. I had go to 4 different Bureau en Gros stores to finally get my issue fixed and at 4 different locations the employees told me completely different excuses on why they couldn't solve my problem.Excuse #1: Sorry the system won't let me refund this product at the moment come back 48hrs later" (When the refund command was clearly visible to me on the stores computer and it was very apparent that the employee didnt wanna deal with my issue.)Excuse #2: "Sorry our tech testing specialist just left a few minutes ago we need to verify that the product actually has a defect please come back at a later date"Excuse #3 "Sorry we don't do refunds on these products even if they have defects on purchase

Store was clean and devoid of clients save 3-4. Staff kept walking to us asking us if we needed help because we were looking at all the isles. There were not there to help just watching what we were doing. Nothing like being treated like thieves to earn yourself a 1 star.

Photo printing and photocopies available in store. Requires credit card or Bureau en Gros gift card to use machines.

I got great service from Mélanie at the fax and photocopy machine department. She was helpful & patient which was much appreciated. She also had a great sense of humor.

Very poor service: I gave my computer to repair for them to run a diagnostic procedure on it. The person that took my order failed to advise me that my computer is going to be sent to another location for that matter which makes the wait longer. Even though I specified that I am a university student and i need my computer ASAP to do my studies. Then, they said that the diagnosis takes 48- 72hours to do. I agreed. They said that they were going to call me back. Never received any calls. Had to do the follow up on my own. When the procedure was done, I asked to pick up my computer and they said they going to ship it from the location it was diagnosed to the Bureau en Gros St-Eustache and it was going to take 1-2 business days. Again, never got any notification. Had to call back again for them to say they never received my computer. Person said they were going to call the location for info and call me back. Again, never had any calls back... Very frustrating. Never going to repair my computer there again.

Good Bureau En Gros location with the regular variety of prdoucts and nice employees.

There's was very little choice of backpacks when I went, and it made me sad :(.But then I bought a nice pen and it made me happy :)(At least for a moment :') )

Great value but staff is way to young to deal with certain situations. They have good personalities and do their best.

Dissapointing. Lots of choice...well too much. I went to look at office chairs but had a hard time to determine which ones theback could be adjusted as it was not evident and the employees refused to help

Rude staff. Very unhelpful. Long wait times. Half the stock is missing. Had the worst experience with one employee in particular. Her name tag said Lucie. Very unpleasant and rude. Would Not recommend.
