I may have gotten a cake for myself on my birthday that was to me from my cats.NO! THAT'S NOT SAD, IT'S AWESOME!Plus I got $5 off because it was my birthday, so like logic here people!

Employee assured me my food could be lettuce wrapped but once we got to the window and paid, the manager refused to do it and sent the employee back to tell us. We were also overcharged on our bill, when my finace got the recipt they promptly reimbursed him. All fast food places are accommodating when it comes to wrapping your meal in lettuce if you are GF or celiac, not this DQ though. Poor management and customer service.

Asked for onions , received 1 -1/2 ring for $1.29. Rip off. Watered down drinks and cold fries. My bacon on the cheeseburger was raw and both cheeseburgers were cold to warm. Not even sure if the fries were cooked.

The Rochdale location used to be a great place to eat. Not anymore. New ownership. The staff are NOT friendly anymore. I used to love coming into the restaurant, but it is all about the money now. Never a smile... So sad.. I miss the old Dq of before Covid.

Went through the drive thru and ordered large onion rings ($7.50). I got home and opened the box and it was less than half full! What a rip-off! I contacted Dairy Queen on facebook and showed pictures. They apologized and gave me a link to go to and further my complaint. After taking my time to fill out the feedback form and trying to get some satisfactory outcome from this, I was left with a SUBMIT button that did nothing. That's some pathetic customer service!

Went through drive-thru like one sometimes does. My complaint with this location is this is by far the slowest drive-thru i have ever been to. Everytime. No exceptions the slowest. I travel lots and have been to many locations, most locations are twice as fast. No exaggeration. Also i have noticed a growing trend at this location about portions. They are getting smaller and smaller. I usually upgrade to a poutine and its not a cheap upgrade. The portions keeps getting smaller. This time the container was mabee half full. This place is going down hill.

I got food poisioning from the burgers that I ate. I am done with this location. Clean the kitchen already. For the price that they charge is it to much to ask not to get sick from the food?

Went to pickup a skip order (not a skip driver) and drove up to the drive through. The lady who answered was extremely rude telling me I had to come into the resteraunt to grab my food. If this is how she treats skip people and drivers I would hate to come into contact with this person. Seemed like management, philpino.

This is our local/go-to Dairy Queen. The service and food are always great. The cakes are always beautiful(whether we need one for a birthday or special occasion, or just a treat).10/10 recommend this location.
