Buyer be aware..I have a 2020 e prodigy that will not start and customer service is non existent ..Choose another brand for sure.

Great customer service. I bought a Magic for my son. Was such a great experience we ended up buying a Logan for my other son. They loved their bikes so much and were praising it so much we bought another Magic for my husband. 3 bikes in a span of 2 months.The bikes work great, we own a bike shop Edmonds Cycle" and my husband is a mechanic so repairs are easier.Overall highly recommended bikes and service.Thank you Melody

Great bikes and customer service!

Be careful with this company. I bought one of their top of line bikes approx. 2 years ago, and just a few months past the warranty period, I started to experience significant issues with the Bike to the point where I have not been able to ride the bike for more than 1 year. I hired one of the top bike technicians in my area and he said it's just not fixable. The Company's response, Im sorry but it's outside the warranty period. I literally threw 5K in garbage on this bike, and this company simply doesn't stand behind its bike or its quality whatsoever. When selling me on the bike, it was all about quality and service. Buyer Beware. Go with one of the more established and reputable brands for an Electric Bike purchase.
