Nice customer service… love the service, although the food quantity also was good. Burger was hot and juicy. Pizza was tasty and hot and cheesy. Like the crispy cauliflower and even chicken pokora …

I was attending a concert and thought I would try BC Kitchen. Big disappointment. I had the Prime Rib (house smoked Prime Rib served with crispy potatoe, mixed vegetables, au jus & yorkshire pudding) and a happy hour glass of wine. The best part of the whole meal was the wine and au jus. The prime rib was adequate, the crispy potato was not crispy, the mixed vegetables consisted of 3 pieces of extremely hard broccoli and the Yorkshire pudding was disgusting. I ordered a second glass of wine so that I could swallow the food which took 15 minutes to arrive. By that time I had finished my disgusting dinner. Needless to say, I will not be returning anytime soon. Save your money and eat at McDonald's.After posting my review, the manager Albert) stopped by and we discussed my concerns with my meal and in the end made it right. He is going to talk to the kitchen and gave me a nice glass of wine. Thank you Albert for taking the time to address my concerns.

Like most, came here for the Sunday prime rib special - $15 if you have an Encore card. Meat is done to the right rarity. Side of mashed potatoes and veggies it comes with are great too. Everything tasted great and portion size was generous. Decor and atmosphere were nice but on the quiet side. There’s a bar section with TVs and foosball tables. Staff were friendly. Have been here a few times and will be back for more.

Service was slow with only 4 tables occupied. The food quality is not what I remember it to be from previous visits. The fries are crispy but hollow and oily. The batter on the fish was crispy outside and oily on the inside. The fish was bland and even oilier. Even the tartar sauce was bland.My drink - a 7up was watered down most likely from the bar well.Overall not what I was expecting.

Awful. Gathered all the gents for the prime rib dinner. Waited 30 minutes for our drinks and 1.5 hours for the food. Once our food came they swapped out the prime rib for sirloins without consulting us. The lady at the front was supposed to tell us but never did.I went once before to the $15 burger and a beer and it was pretty good.I guess at a casino you roll the dice?

REVISED: tried this place again after management reached out to me. It started out slow (again) but once I flagged down Albert & let him know who I was, it all changed. Honestly, I really like the food and it will not take much to improve the service. So, I will retract my original stance and give this place another chance.Below is my original review:Reso made for pre-hockey game. Seated at 5pm sharp and the experience degraded from there. Finally able to place a drink order by 5:33 because I flagged someone down. It didn't get better as we were ignored the whole time we were there. Even management didn't care - the guy couldn't even look me in the eye. I would rather eat at the arena than come here again. Food was good and vibe is good but the lack of service just makes that all disappear.

Great little restaurant inside Parq casino. Menu is pretty decent with variety of options from steak to salads and burgers. Service is quick and clean. Feel free to play some Foosball while you wait for your food. Good drink menu as well. All in all, pretty good!

This was a HUGE disappointment. Service was some of the worst I have ever come across. She was pleasant and happy, but there was no service. Asked for drinks twice. One never showed up. Had to ask for silverware twice. Went there for a Prime Rib Special. NOT WORTH THE VISIT. no Yorkshire pudding, served a cold white bun instead. no au jus. no cutlery. 3 slices of potato. 2 small broccoli pieces. Every time our server came by she said she would get items missing. never brought. NOT ONE PLATE was cleared while we dined. We had an appetizer of chicken wings. The bones were still on the table after dinner as were all our dinner plates. I literally set the billfold in the pile of bones because there was nowhere clear on the table. utterly useless. I will not be back. ever. Don't waste your time or money here.

Hadn’t been or heard of this place, but came in specifically for the prime rib dinner family day special. Our waitress told us it would be a 40 minute wait because they just put a new one in, though it took much longer. One appetizer we ordered was the shrimp spring roll and it arrived completely grey/raw inside and only noticed after biting into it, she had it replaced and comp’d. When our mains arrived, one of the sides was incorrect. I would not return and I do not recommend.
