Today July 5th 2023 this location has western union for customer withdrawal money service was not working! This is not a issue that kind of happens any location even some location of western union just has one service they just deposit money, but they don’t withdraw, the issue is that location is very busy everyone sitting there and waiting for their turn, One gentleman who was front of me he was yelling on that lady, I was surprised and thinking he has no sense to speak with service lady but I didn’t try to know what’s happening. When he was leaving he said that “ you came here for withdrawal money I said yes” he said that service is not working this location, i said why they don’t put the note on just paper. Just write it down and hang it, there were five peoples and when we know that service is not working three were finding and phone call every where which location are near and open because some location already closed at 7 pm some were just closing soon 8 because just 15 minutes left and some location are too far but they closed at 9, we came outside but that lady not put any kind of sign about western union one service doesn’t work, because who will teach her that’s like to chain reaction if one link breaks the whole work stopped. And we don’t know that customer are in what kind of situations if they have to requested money from their country, and other people don’t think about it just one minute.

Jagdeep is very outstanding and Highly Professional in how she treats her customers and asks about different types of services and products besides payday loans and line of credit....Always carries out warm pleasant smile...
