The driver in the photo was rinsing his box. He just passed water into that box, and instead of taking it away, he dumped it on my front lawn.

This company decided to drive into a private driveway to fix something on a sidewalk. They claimed they knocked but surveillance showed no one knocked or even attempted to ask. The manager (k) said there was enough room for cars to move, which you can see you can’t.

Professional, fast and efficient operation. They came to my home to upgrade the main water supply from the water main and move the water box on the city side. They were here in the morning and finished in the early afternoon. Cleaned up nicely. Thank you!

Another parking issue. They are blocking my residential driveway without any warning (returned to my house to find it blocked). They told me I could park in my driveway but wouldn't be able to leave for hours. They did suggest I could park behind their truck in another driveway, but I am unable to move my car when they leave so that was not a viable solution. There is no parking allowed on the street

I’ve never used their services so I can’t comment on that. This review is just to complain that they seem to regularly park in the bike lane on Dufferin so they can run into Tim Hortons instead of parking safely like the rest of us. It’s probably just 1-2 employees- still they ought to know they represent the company when they have the company vehicle. Don’t park in bike lanes.
