I have waited 4 weeks for a harness and it’s still not here. Phoned and complained and got no answers, no apology, nothing offered for compensation. The worst part is that I live in the same province only 3 hours away, and I called ahead of ordering to make sure it was in stock, and it was. Would give zero stars if the option was there, worst store I’ve ever dealt with for anything, manager was totally clueless over the phone as well.

Excellent selection of rigging for falling trees. These also have a great selection of safety gear and cutting instruments. Candy store for those liking to climbing around in the canopy

Have been there twice and both times was dealt with professionally. Two different people were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. As a business owner I find I rarely get this kind of feeling going into business. I spent a good 40 min trying out harnesses and looking all the lastest tree gear and the guy was nothing but helpfull. I will be back to support this local business and I have many questions about Tree gear that I need answered. They are the place to go for all things Tree related. I will be dealing with them in the future for all things Tree and safety equipment.

The staff in the store were very unprofessional, barely even got up off the chair to help me get the items I needed locked in the cupboard behind the desk. The items I ordered online took 2.5 weeks to arrive. A lot of my workmates have also had trouble with this store.
