Bought a ps5 a year ago with the warranty provided by the source. A year later I had stick drift with the controller and they replaced it no questions asked! Awesome service!

The service here is incredible. Major shout out to Hayden Gopaul, he tried his best to hook me up with an S23 Ultra and when he couldn't find one with SOurce he provided me with as many option sas possible. Very very great customer service, thanks Hayden!

Had some pretty cool dudes by the name of Hayden and Jason help me get my phone protector sorted out. Definitely recommend going here for any electronic related services.

So very disappointed with this shop. I was only looking at ear buds while my wife shopped for batteries. The manager came over to me and began inquiring as to my phone plan’s current status. He proceeded to offer me free ear buds if I swapped out my phone plan to their carrier.He checked into my existing plan and told me I could switch over and get a new iPhone for virtually the same monthly cost I had.It later turned out that my existing plan had not fully expired and I had to pay my carrier (after the new deal was done) almost $350 to buy out my old phone.The ear buds I got for “free” didn’t work after two weeks. They replaces them with a new pair that also didn’t work after a while. They replaced those as well and now the third pair has failed.I negotiated a future discount on a new computer and the manager was to call me about such an opportunity in early May. I never heard from him again.I won’t go back and argue any more. I’ll eat the charge for the old phone, buy new ear buds and a new computer at Staples and be done with The Source in Spruce Grove forever. All they care about is signing you up for a new phone plan.I am very disappointed and strongly recommend you avoid shopping there.BZ

FRAUD !!!!Worst experience ever, I feel ripped off and scammed…. I bought a Sony speaker 2 years back, the employee assured me that if I pay 50 bucks extra I would receive a replacement up to 2 time in store no questions asked or if the new speaker comes out I would get a upgrade if none of the replacement were used. Now I’m told it’s only for repairs and that I’d have to wait a month or so for mail….. I have never purchased any extended warranty for anything unless it actually benefits me and all that happened here is being lied too. Last time I ever listen to there “good deal ” cause they just look at you as a quick sale

I was very happy leaving the source today. I was able to get my whole family better pricing on each of there cell phones and two new ones.

Don't buy Ps5 controllers from Source! I've bought 2 and both pull to the left. I paid $25 for specific coverage for this issue, when I take it back they claim to have changed there rules 1 month after I purchased it, and would not honor it.$110 I paid for something that I cannot use or sell. Junk.
