Excellent customer service--it is important to these guys that I understand what is going on with my car and why the work needs to be done. I never feel talked down to or cheated. That's hard to find.

Had the misfortune of catching a pot hole close to home. It was just before 6pm closing time for these guys. Called Ashley and he waited around 10 minutes for me to drop my keys and car. Said they would take a look at it in the morning. Detailed inspection provided, reasonably priced and they kept me informed the whole time. Car was ready the next afternoon. Thank-you Ashley and Keegan, great service I will be a repeat customer

Very bad customer service (his name es Randy) they never repaired my car and the cost (1.072usd) was for something very different from the damage. My car is still with the damage and after paying such a high cost and 3 day than them to check they told me that they don’t have the machine to fix.

TERRIBLE SHOP, please, please, please find another shop! These guys either don't know what they're doing, or know very well and don't care. They would rather you drive off with a loose bolt about to cause an accident with a smile on their face, rather than giving the truth about the repair. Need to tighten a couple bolts?... get a whole new part kind of mentality. If your looking for a shop that is even a little bit honest and cares about customers this is not the place for you.

Zero customer service, the gentleman made my appointment did not listen to me. I know what the problem is with my car and wanted them to fix just that and I told them so. This gentleman did not listen to me and never mention the cost associated with the estimate. The estimate was ridiculously high $1500 for half the exhaust. Now that they did not do what I told them, I have to pay inspection fee which was never mentioned until car pick up.Another gentleman says we don't work for free. You don't work for free and I don't find money on street. You need to listen to your customers and disclose all the costs in advance, If you don't know it by now.Don't recommend it at all. 1 star is too much.

We have used Green & Ross in Bradford many times for many things. We have five cars in our household. Randy & Ashley are always pleasant and accommodating. The shop is conveniently located for our family and we are able to quickly drop off and pick up cars. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to service their car in the Bradford area.

needed tires that are super hard to find. ashley was very professional, helped me find what i was looking for. even the dealer wasn't willing to look. got tires today, as promised. very satisfied, friendly staff, highly recommend them.
