I contacted this inconsiderate jerk two days before i needed him to scrap car, he asked me to call the day prior so he can confirm, i did, and he tells me he'll call me the day of at 9am. My one star is because he didn't. I called him at 9h30, he didnt answer. Haven't heard from him since. Obviously I didn't wait for him to get back to me. I contacted another company, they were professional, considerate and punctual. All the things this thoughtless person is not.

This company is Terrible, they dispatched a driver who put me in danger by asking me to enter the vehicle being towed then causing an accident while I was in the car. They refused to take responsabilité for the damages and aren't answer my phone calls or messages. A complain has been deposited to the consumer protection office.
