Saturday midday and the transmission failed; we were supposed to start a week's vacation on the Monday. Richmond Hill Transmission was the only place open and willing to work on the vehicle (complete transmission replacement). The vehicle was ready by Monday afternoon! Louie was exceptional in understanding & meeting our needs and getting the vehicle functioning. One week & 650 km later and no issues. We were very lucky that Louie works so hard to please his customers. Thanks Louie.

I took my Ford explore to the Ford dealership for an oil change and they found a slew of problem with my car including a leaking transmission. They quoted me $2500 for the transmission. I needed a second opinion and I took my car to Louis. He took the time right away to show how unnecessary the items that Ford told me to were. He showed me the color of my brake fluid and told me it was fine. He did the same thing with a number of other issues. He got the job done quickly and for a price that was staggeringly low (almost 1/6 the price). Quite honestly, I thought that he might have been misquoting me. He did the job and he fixed some other things for free. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with his honesty, quality and integrity.I wholeheartedly recommend Richmond Hill transmission to anyone and everyone. If you are not close to his location then I totally recommend you drive as long as it takes to get there. He is worth it. I am so pleased to have found him and I look forward to working with Louis in the future
