I was looking to rent out a condo last year and Condo1 made it simpler than I'd dared to hope it could be.The entire team was great, though the one I ended up interacting with most was Victoria, who was very easy to talk to, took me through everything I needed to know and whose help was invaluable whenever something came up.Thanks to the entire team. Carmen from Condo1 was absolutely amazing and patient with me throughout the process, explaining the reason behind of every step. She and her colleague Victoria (and their entire crew!) not only found a great tenant for me, but also took over all the heavy lifting so that I could focus on my own job and family instead. Highly recommended especially if you're a landlord like me who wants a full service and just wants to get paid at the end :) Their fees are incredibly competitive too. Thank you Condo1!

I love dealing with Condo1 for my place. Especially Victoria. She always responds in a timely manner, is patient with my questions and is quick to have any issues I have resolved like my faucet and showerhead.
