I love shopping at Dominion on Murphy Square in Corner Brook, NL. The prices are not bad. Always have great deals for patrons. I love earning points which I can use for groceries, clothing, household items and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was at the self checkout on Saturday, April 15, and cannot believe how I was treated by the young man who was working there. Instead of providing assistance with patience and understanding I was yelled at and talked down to like a misbehaving child. I suggest these people be trained properly before they are put there around paying customers.I was in customer service before I retired and Have never Witnessed such utter disrespect before.I will never use the self checkout again!

There’s no problem with shopping here, they got a wide selections of food, store was clean and staffs are nice. The only thing that’s frustrating was the machines at the self check out. The store added in the anti-theft pressure sensors which is a good thing but it doesnt work properly, it fails to register your items when you put them in the bagging area which makes the self checkout experience really slow especially on busy days. Not all people got all the time in the world figuring out how the machines work. It’s not user friendly.

I order on line grocery at Dominion in Murphy Square Corner Brook branch, the delivery man is very professional nothing to complain but I have one item I am not happy at all I paid this and give me a rotten vegetable, I am Asian and I know when my own food is not fit to cook or eat.
