Lumenco

I ordered some Led Bulbs from Lumenco that were brighter and higher quality than anything I could buy locally. Our city installed new street light bulbs which are very dim compared to the original bulbs. Now the front of my house, driveway and my unfinished basement are very bright with the new Lumenco Led bulbs. The bulbs were packaged well arriving with no issues from shipping. Francis was great to deal with on my orders.

Product was as ordered, but arrived 2 weeks after the original delivery date. Followed up on the site's track order request page, but my request appeared to have been ignored. Had to call (10 days after missed delivery date) and was notified it would be shipping shortly. Wish they had been upfront about delivery times or communicated delays better.

Wow what outstanding customer service. Having been working in the customer service field myself my expectations can be high. However my experience was well over and above my expectations. I would like to thank Victoria R. for her knowledge, professionalism, patience and for being so courteous.

Lumenco is a one stop place for almost any kind of lighting product. I ordered a bunch for my setup and they have the best wholesale prices as compared to others. I was expecting a delay in shipment due to bulk order but surprisingly they have been on time and the products are in perfect condition.Even though it’s online I've had quite accommodating customer service experience. I definitely recommend them.

*update, I did get my refund after posting so thank you Lumenco. The products were perfectly fine but the return process not the best. I did want to make sure to update that I did get my refund. **. Do NOT buy from here if you are not certain that what you are buying is exactly what you want. I ordered two fixtures for over $300.00 and they were too dark and bulky so I asked to return them. I was given information to send them back to the United States at my expense, I did that and it cost me $140.00, then I got customs bill for another $87.00. The fixtures arrived 2 weeks ago in the states (fed ex tracking) and I have not heard a thing. I have left voicemails and spoken to staff who just refer me to someone who does not answer the phone. I have tried through the webpage and no one is responding to me. I am currently out over $500.00 and I have NOTHING to show for it. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU EVEN SUSPECT YOU MIGHT HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. Order from Wayfair, you get notification of your refund a few minutes after dropping the product off at a FED EX outlet (at their expense not yours).

Victoria was great in helping me find the perfect lighting for my showroom. She even provided a light plan to give us an idea of what the install will look like. Delivery was quick & easy.

I ordered a ceiling mount and light bulb. With shipping it was more expensive than other sources but they said they are a Canadian company with the items in stock. Estimated shipping was in 5-7 days.Order did not arrive within the estimated dates. I called customer service. The agent said the items were in stock in the US and that they would take another 3 weeks to get to Montreal from which they would be sent to me in Toronto.There were no updates. The estimate was intentionally wrong. And the agent didn't even apologize. I cancelled the order. What a waste of my time! Will never buy anything from them again.

Ordered item with ETA indicated on the website for a week later. After a week of having placed the order, I have no tracking number so i emailed to request, thinking the item will be delivered any day now, since i'd passed the estimated ETA on the website. Turns out the item was back ordered and I would need to wait several weeks for it to actually even ship. Had I not emailed, Lumenco never would have informed me of the tardiness. Cancelled the order.

Amazing experience working with Victoria, she helped me get new lighting for my whole house and was very friendly and accommodating!

Very satisfied with my purchase at Lumenco. I contacted customer service because I thought I had been scammed...after reading all the bad reviews. I ended speaking with a very helpful lady and she provided all the info I needed. Got my order delivered in less than a week...what can you expect more? I would definitely buy from there again.
