AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICEI’ve gone to this location a couple of times, and each interaction has been pleasant. Food is up to par compared to other locations, wait times I do think could be better, but I’m never left standing there without some sort of update on my order. The people thy have working register are always the sweetest and are exceptional at their jobs. Would recommend!

First time visiting this location and will never return. We ordered 4 whopper combos with poutines. What a complete disappointment. The container looked half empty! The gravy did not taste like gravy. The burger was super dry. Definitely not worth almost $67!!! I wish I could add pictures as proof, but it's not allowing me to upload. This place needs some serious improvements. I hope they acknowledge these reviews and do better next time.

This is by far the worst Burger King I have been to. The girl on the drive thru couldn't get our order right after repeating it several times then blurted out that she was confused. Then girl comes on mic and says she is on sandwiches and will take our order, repeated order twice. Paid then asked to park. Waited ten minutes for order that was wrong and burgers not marked. Took the order inside, asked why burgers are not marked to be told oh it was a big order, six burgers is a big order. Girl with snot green finger nails gives me attitude, says she will remake two of the burgers, throws the burger down the little shute thing and it almost falls off the side. I told the girl I didn't need another bag and she just totally ignored me and then asked if I wanted a big bag to put my 3 bags in. Sorry but this Burger King needs a new manager and employees or better yet just shut the place down. I would be embarrased to have people like that working for me.

I had to park and wait for my breakfast sandwich. It was extremely hot when I received it. The bun was extremely HARD! I couldn't eat it. I took the egg and bacon out to eat on their own. I think the sandwich was put in the microwave.Very disappointing.

No wonder this place has such lowest ratings I have ever seen. The staff and their attitude is a joke.Came in to order the Wednesday whopper comb but then realize I don’t need the fries and drink. So I tied to order the 2 for $10 special for the whopper.The lady told me she can’t do that because it was Wednesday . I confirm with her two times then I left.I knew it was a lie so I came back later for the drive through order. No surprise they allowed me to do that 2 for $10 whopper. When I picked up my food I asked why I can do it now.The funnies part started, the girl can’t explain why I can do it and didn’t even want to. Then I pointed out the lady who didn’t allow me to it in store. The girl tried to cover the lie by saying the grill was down so probably they can’t do whopper at that time. But then I cleared pointed out that it was just the lady didn’t want me to do so. She said maybe she was new so she was not sure. The best part was when I asked for the manager. The girl said the lady was the manger.Wow that just blew my mind. The whole team lied together to cover each other and manager has no ideas what she was doing.Definitely the worst unorganized fast food restaurant I have ever seen.

It took over 30 minutes to get our Whopper combos. We were waiting on one last whopper combo, and the staff gave it to the customer who had ordered after us despite us still standing there waiting.I had to help the cashier figure out the math for correct change, and by the time we finally received our last combo to go, the others had already grown cold while waiting. Had it been simply an order for me, and not a coworker depending on their lunch, I would have requested a return and gone elsewhere.This is second time I have had the same experience here.I thought the first was a one-off as they had just opened, but it seems no improvement was made in the speed of service or organization. They legit had to stop taking orders, leaving people in line, and some deciding to leave because they couldn't get it together to even take their orders.What an overall disappointment in service and cold product.

Just brutal, Ordered at 10:11pm June 21 2023. Order #28Whopper - literally an entire head of lettuce on a burger...why?? I didn't order a salad.Mozzarella Sticks, rock hard and ice cold. Couldn't even break them apart. My poor teeth took a beating. They must have been sitting out for hours. Disgusting.Absolutely no way either of these items should have been sent out the drive-through window.I will give credit to the employees working there. They were super nice and looked like they actually enjoyed working there. Not often do you see that at a fast food restaurant.Food: 0 starsService: 5 starsLooking forward to the King reaching out to me to make arrangements for giving my money back.

Tired using the app for convenience. Order ahead so we don't have to wait on our way out of town. Ordered 10 minutes before we got there and still waited another 20. Finally left without food. I've also noticed there is never a response to the bad, or good, reviews. Poor training, poor service, poor ownership. Didn't have high expectations, but this place is surprisingly disappointing.

I want to love it. Burger King is my absolute favourite. I've waited so long for it to come Alliston, but this is such a disappointment. The dining area has been so dirty every time, we dont eat in. The mustard. Guys, no one wants this. Its gross. We have tried, hoped it would improve, but it's just worse and worse. Also very not gluten intolerant friendly. At all. Slow service, just overall, go to barrie.
