Service was super fast and super friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect! Rocco was the best server we’ve ever had at any Swiss Chalet actually he was the best server we’ve ever had at any restaurant we’ve ever been too. We will definitely be back! I would absolutely 100 percent recommend going here, and when you do be sure to ask to be seated in Rocco’s section.

Fantastic food and service. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars. The pot pie especially is better than the one near my place on the mountain, as the crust droops over the side. Server Trish is fantastic.Definitely worth the drive

So 1st off the place is not called Swiss chalet it's called ultimate kitchen.... ordered food for my family of 5. Picked it up, once it got home wouldn't you know it I'm missing food from my order. Tried call but ringing out. Later learned that ultimate kitchen took over this Swiss chalet location(they dont use the old number), so you can order (sc) food here or other food chain foods ... it's like a food chain vending Machine. Anyways all the chicken was dry (over cooked ) ribs dry and sucked, buns were hard. I just lost my appetite. Don't waste you time and or money.

Ive always had good and fast service at this Swiss Chalet, lovely staff : )I wrote this review before we had lunch so I could get a free appetizerSince then, we have finished lunch. We were a group of 8 which included 2 energetic boys.My MIL brought an ice cream cake which they kept for us in their fridge until we finished our mealAgain I will say: the service was exceptional!We had a lovely serving staff, very easy-going and pleasant and attentive, the food was good (usual Swiss Chalet), brought in a timely manner,We had a wonderful experience!

My coworkers and I came here about two weeks ago and had almost a perfect time but there was a fowl smell in the air that tainted our experience. I left a review detailing the experience and the owner/corporate was quick and kind to investigate with my help. They discovered the source and made several changes to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. I've returned today to have a fresh experience and what a difference! Edie (our waitress from the previous visit) was there to give us the same great service as we received last time. The food was once again bang-on and delicious from start to end. Management was very warm and genuinely interested in us enjoying our time and the food. There were no hints of a bad taste from my previous review, he genuinely appreciated my input and thanked me for it because it's how we learn and improve" as he said. I can safely say my coworkers and I feel great about coming here time and again :)"

Visited the downtown Hamilton location. Went for take-out and while waiting for our order, noticed how extremely clean and organized the kitchen was. It was impressive knowing that our food was prepared in a clean kitchen. Manager was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Swiss Chalet anytime! Thank you for the delicious food.
