I lived at the U building for three years. The building is wonderfully secure, clean, bright, and the staff was amazingly pleasant to work with. The manager Izak was always available and open to help with all of your needs. The cleaning and maintenance staff were wonderfully friendly and extremely competent in their services. I am very grateful for the experience of living at the U building. It was a great launching off place To the next season

I lived in the apartment for a year and a half and it was nothing short of excellent. The cleanliness and upkeep of the building and its surroundings were always great. I am impressed by the level of care and dedication given to the property, the common areas, the lobby, hallways, and and apartment itself are extremely well maintained and the views from the apartments are grand. The building manager Issac is very approachable, polite, honest and respectable and is promptly available to address any concerns. I truly had a nice time living there.

I stayed in this building for almost 4 years. Everyone down there was super helpful always. I would like to thanks Isaac especially for all his help and being patient with me through all the movings and everything. It was a super secure place to live, never felt any fear. The location of the place is amazing as well. Cleaners always do their job well and super friendly plus John was also really helpful every time. Thank you guys for all your help and wish you all the best for future.

Great place to live. Friendly neighbours and managers. If you need something they are easy to get ahold of. Building is kept very clean and close to walking distance to amenities.

Lived in this building from new (spring of 2019) until July of 2022. Not one single complaint about this building. One of the most affordable buildings in Abbotsford for a relativity cheap monthly payment. Units hold sound quiet well, did not hear other units often. Building management runs this building very well. Cleaners clean the hallways, common area, and stairwells daily.

Very nice place to live and to work with. The only down fall are no extra storage units available and you’re not allowed BBQ’s on the balcony. Other than that, it was great! Lots of extra parking and the building manager is always available if needed.

Very good and affordable apartments with all the facilities. Manager Issac is very cooperative and helpful. I didn’t have a single issue while I was living here. Would certainly recommend this place to everyone.

The U Building is a fantastic rental. Highly recommend! Very quiet and clean. Isaac, the property manager, is great to interact with and always puts the needs of tenants first.
