Lakshi took care of my haircut and her work was patient and thorough. There are few salons where haircut is rushed but here ample time was taken to satisfy your ask/style. Though the price for men's haircut is around 20, it has value.

Not the best experience. Friendly staff but maybe not trained well.. potentially poor management as well. I was left with severe burns and some scarring. Staff were shocked when I showed them and were super apologetic. However, upper management took weeks to respond to my concerns only after me contacting multiple times, and provided me with a 10% discount. Didn't feel like they did enough.. the marks were very obvious in a swim suit for over a month. I would be mindful before going here..

Terrible! Waited 20 minutes to do my eyebrows even though there were two workers and only one was doing someone's hair color. The one that did my eyebrows took off more than half of them even though I asked to keep them thick plus she did them uneven! If you are miserable with your life/looks/job, dont take it out on other people. I do not recommend this place.

I went to this place yesterday jus before my work at 11 am to get my eyebrows done . They did an awesome job. Also the lady who helped me was greaT in her job. I am looking for my next visit to explore more services they offer. Loved it

I went there for my son’s haircut today , one of the worst experience I have, I called the salon they didn’t pick my phone and I texted with those photos didn’t get response, please guys don’t go there they are liars and not professionalYes , this is the way how they cut kids hair , much professional

It’s been 2 years that I have been using their haircut services and every time I have a Woww experience. Love the hospitality and warmth of the people handling the salon. Love it! I will definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for men’s haircut and other services. Keep up the good work guys!

I have been coming to Ilaxi for YEARS! She is my trusted eyebrow person and recently I decided to try laser with her as well. I am very impressed. The salon is very clean and well organized. The staff are very friendly and super accommodating to my needs. I would recommend 100%!

I went for a full face threading, because of the 5-star reviews but I should have listened to the 1-star reviews. The girl who did my threading seemed new. Before we started, I asked for “natural and not too thin.” She then went on to make my eyebrows too thin AND uneven. Bruh. The last time my brows were this thin was when I overplucked them in high school. I want to cry when I look in the mirror. Then, when she did my sides, she did not know how to and had to ask the owner. She didn’t know that you cut the hair on the side then thread it. I’ve been to 3 different salons before and they all knew how to do it. This speaks to the lack of training the employees must receive. Not well-trained at all. The result of my sides is also not clean. Now I understand the reviewer who said she wanted only the manager to do her eyebrows bc she’s the only one who can do them properly. Don’t recommend. Paid $35. Next time I will pay more to go elsewhere. First bad threading experience out of the 4 salons I’ve been to.

I go here every once in a while to get my face waxed. If you are going here, ask for the owner Ilaxi as she does waxing the best. The other ladies are nice, but I feel like Ilaxi has more attention to detail. I’ve had my hair trimmed here and a blow out done. Again, The owner does it better than her staff. Prices are very reasonable compared to other salons.
