The service was great! They replied and gave us an estimate promptly and sent out people for repairs the following week. The workers were also very friendly and did a great job with the repair. I will definitely be contacting them again if I need any work on my roof done!

I had a pretty miserable experience. I had to personally follow-up six (6) times for a start date. No one answers the phone - could literally not talk to a person. Email only.Date was pushed from late October to late December. Roof was full of snow, had to be shoveled. Roofing materials should not be installed in cold weather and whether or not we had a bad winter, I had water pouring into the house over the winter. I had to install a tarp to stop the leak. Never happened prior with my old roof.I had previously had grates installed over the soffits due to racoons last year. Those were not re-fastened. Racoons came back and I had to deal with that for 2 months and buy a trap.Ever have raccoons in house? It's terrible.Clean-up was non-existent until this mid-April when they came back for the cheque. During the inspection we also found a section missing shingles and caulking. I'm still finding nails along the house and my gutters still have pieces of shingles in them.The attached picture is what I personally had to pick up off my driveway alone. How is that even possible?The roof looks nice sure, but the the experience was terrible.I would not wish this on anyone.

Driver should know that a speed limit of 60KM doesn't mean that they can go 90KM Tuesday at 830am on, Riverside Dr.Also, flashing red lights means STOP, not barely slow down and take off as fast as you can.If this is the type of maturity you show driving a vehicle on the road, I can just imagine what shortcuts you must take when installing/repairing people's roofs.

Tony and the crew did a great job. They got it done for me in the middle of winter and did a good job . Wasn’t the cheapest price but was well worth it because they’d re very responsive and communicated well with me compared to my prior experiences with other roofing companies. Highly recommend

Great company! They responded quickly to my request for a quote, showed up when they said they would, and performed high-quality work. If only all roofing companies did that!

I contacted Arz to help me out in getting some shingles to match what I already have on my roof. Told me to go to RoofMaster and staff will be able to assist. Lisa was very pleasant and found exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service, am totally happy!

The foreman and crew were very courteous, polite, punctual, and were very patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Excellent clean up crew!! I'm holding on to their promise of returning in the spring to check for any debris they might have left behind.

Dealt with one office admin two different Roofmaster teams for various roof fixes: one for overflowing/leaking eavestroughs, and one for roof ice buildup and re-shingling a shed. Both teams were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They listened to our concerns, and were able to provide analysis as to issues that might need further correction in a few years, without any pressure to fix immediately. Compared to many other companies we got quotes from, they seem to know what they're talking about and could explain why each item was a problem and how their solution would affect the problem. Oh, and the admin co-ordinating the quote and onsite visits was absolutely expert, and was patient with us, nudging us to the right colour-matched shingles when we couldn't make up our minds, and identifying the right roof vents to solve the ice buildup problem.

Our experience with Roofmaster has been very positive especially because of Andre the foreman who did the installation of the new roof and the skylights. He was extremely detailed, very experienced and knowledgeable and would problem solve if issues would arise and always communicated with us daily. We experienced some issues with the glass on 2 of the skylights and Tony the manager was extremely prompt and flexible to come to a solution. After talking with the manufacturer and forwarding pictures, the 2 glasses in the skylights were replaced.We are very pleased with Roofmaster including Sam, the office manager.

Just recently had my roof redone and the guys at Roofmaster were great throughout the whole process. The job was done after the original planed dates due to the huge storm but i had to reach out to them see what was happening with my start date... it would have been nice if someone contacted me to say that they are behind schedule but any calls, emails or texts I sent were responded to promptly which I appreciated. Andre and his son worked hard non stop for 2 days to get the job done, they were friendly and professional. Thanks for giving me the peace of mind knowing I've got a quality product and warranty over my head!!
