True craftsmanship. I am an engineer an take pride in being able to fix things but I bought my house and the basement walls had wood paneling. I thought I would just take it down and replace it with something more modern. When I stripped away the wood paneling I realized i had been douped and that the basement walls were bowing and cracking and there was visible moisture on the walls. I don't even want to say how terrified I was to see mold in my first house. But realizing I was way in over my head and no amount of YouTube would solve my problem I reached out to Solid Solutions among others. Solid solutions quickly responded and arrived to assess my situation. Still skeptical I listened to his solution and with squinted eyes an a wincing nose I asked for a quote( since his plan seemed very logical). To my surprise I still had both arms and legs after the quote. And I said that sounded like a plan and I would ask my wife (I don't have a wife). After I jumped on the internet and compared pricing and his plan I realized it was a good deal as long as the work was good. I agreed the next afternoon and he was on scene ready for action with a team. The supervisor, Mr.Charlie, directed his team and I came back with walls that weren't bowing cracks were sealed and I still had all appendages. I finished the basement. Honestly though Solid Solutions did an awesome job and its been almost a year and the basement is dry no cracks and no more bowing. I will be having the pour me a new sidewalk this spring.

Charlie and Crew at Solid Solutions LLC did a crazy block wall addition for me at a crumbing full-house length porch cave-in (outside the home) while adding 4 supports to raise the old sagging floor and house wall at that location... All while under 2-3 feet of crawl space... Amazing an outstanding job!This was a tough job while (crawling) material in and out of two small windows within the foundation. I couldn't be more happier with Charlie and Frank, nor the cost.Following this I hired Solid Solutions to replace a busted up 4-car driveway due to a huge maple tree root issue... Tree removed and SS brought in. Old (newer) busted driveway removed and the crazy begins again...An old 1940's concrete driveway was lying underneath. They had to build on top of existing concrete and did a terrific job... Frank nailed the pitch while the whole team had to pound stakes through existing concrete setting it all up within 100 degree heat...Again, I'm very happy with this hard-working team at Solid Solutions all while at very reasonable costs and no mess afterwards...They will be my guys for my next concrete or foundation solution... :)

Charlie did two huge jobs for us this spring. All permits were pulled by him, and both jobs (waterproofing and cement driveway replacement) were done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We are delighted with the outcome, and have a few more things we're going to have Solid Solutions manage. Charlie is a pleasure to work with, and a man of his word. Very easy to work with.We're 2 very satisfied customers.

Charlie and his team are absolute beasts in their trade. By far the fairest price around and he was willing to work around my schedule. He had to install a sump pump and explained to me why we needed one (I’m from Arizona so I’m not used to basements or water really lol) in advance of having to buy the materials. I’m planning on calling them out again to do some more concrete work next year.

Charlie was awesome start to finish. Answered the phone first time and came out for quote the next day. A week later he was able to fit us in and did a great job. High quality, cleaned up after himself and had a very fair price. Would call Charlie again in a heart beat!

Solid Solutions executed both a drainage fix to my backyard as well as a minor wall leak in my basement. Charlie was very responsive and executed clear communications on both expectations and work effort progress over the two day period. The on-site team was very courteous and professional at all times. Great job overall and highly recommend Solid Solutions for any similar needs!

Charlie was out quick to give an a very detailed consultation and overview of the work. Once scheduled, he provided great communication on the date and team information. His team provided great work and did a good job to protect our personal belongings from the dust. They left the workplace clean and provided a final walkthrough of the work. Would highly recommend Charlie and his team at Solid Solutions!

We bought our home in April of 2021 and the leak in the partial basement appeared shortly AFTER we installed all new flooring there. We spent months trying to track down the leak(s) desperate to avoid the high cost of exterior waterproofing, but to no avail. We were extremely lucky to have come into contact with Charlie of Solid Solutions. They fit us in quickly with a very reasonable price, and he and his team were wonderful to work with. This is the only time I have ever dealt with a contractor and not felt that something could have been done better, everything was perfect. I can't speak if the leak is fixed because it hasn't rained yet, but the 20 year warranty takes some of this endless stress off of my mind. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

7/7/2021 Update: Unfortunately the repair that was done by Solid Solutions was NOT the right solution. We still have the same water leaking into our building that we paid Solid Solutions to fix. Charlie was contacted on Feb. 23, 2021, but to date the issue has not been resolved. Charlie has still not shown up on the many different days he scheduled with me to work on it. Good ethics & Proper business practices means putting the repair on the job that you already got paid for as TOP priority. That is not how Charlie is doing business though so my Five star review becomes one star.12/7/2020: We had one side of our building waterproofed by Solid Solutions. The price was fair, they showed up on time for the job and finished in a timely fashion. Charlie was easy to work with and available to answer any questions that came up. Only time will tell on the quality of the work, but at this time I believe it to be well done.

Out of several waterproofing companies called, Charlie was the first to come out and quote the job. I had many questions - he had the answers. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and was patient in explaining things thoroughly. He was able to fit us into his schedule in a timely manner. He and his team showed up on time, ready to work. The crew started right away, and during the entire grueling job, maintained their professionalism and courtesy. They kept a clean work area and respected our neighbor’s property as well. After the job was complete, they put everything back into place – almost as if they weren’t there. I will not hesitate to call Solid Solutions again for other work, and I will certainly recommend them to others. BTW, I waited over a month to write this review, as I wanted to make sure there were no leaks after several heavy rainstorms – all good! Nice job Charlie!
