Joe found me and set-up a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad with Windows 10. Very happy with the customer service and quick turnaround. I needed a laptop right away because my 16 year old Lenovo ThinkPad finally wore out. I would highly recommend Red Sky Computers.

I had a challenging repair on my DELL computer and Dell did not fix it correctly before. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue. He then explained that the part needed was difficult to find but he would do his best. It took several weeks to get the part ( it would have been the same delay for Dell). Joe kept me informed of the shipping details, the parts arrival , the repair progress and finally the repair which he completed on a Sunday!. Most interesting is that some things that had never worked on my computer are now working fine! The computer is better than new. Joe was very professional and excelled at keeping me informed as well as completing the repair. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe to anyone else! He takes pride in his work and service delivery!

My dealings with Joe at red sky computers could not have been better. From the beginning he explained what he could do for me. He told me a week, two days later all done. Wow. Had a problem transferring two files. He remotely moved the two files for me. 5 star service. Couldn't be more pleased. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Joe LaPointe is extremely knowledgeable, and quickly resolves my computer issues. If there are issues that cannot be resolved due to age or even obsolescence, he's always straight about it. Joe's knowledge also covers accessories such as printers, video players, etc. His expertise is equal to or exceeds that of area competitors, with more affordable rates. I can unreservedly recommend Red Sky Computers to anyone looking for reliable computer service.

Red Sky Computers was extremely helpful in cleaning up two second hand laptops we got for our youngest children for on-line learning. We also used his services to upgrade a CPU on a gaming PC. He went above and beyond to help us and I would recommend him to anyone. He provided a quick turn-around and was very reasonably priced. Thanks again ! We will be back!

I have an older Alienware Laptop and I couldn't find out why it was lagging. Red Sky got it up and running beautifully . It works properly, just like it did when I bought it 5 years ago. They are knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Most of all, they're honest about what you need and what you don't and reasonable price wise.I would recommend Red Sky to anyone. I'm very satisfied with their work and planning to bring more their way.
