If you’re a regular looking for a consistent barber or a visitor passing through and would like a haircut that reflects what you’re asking for, I would highly recommend Michelle or “Serb”. She’s proven time after time that she knows any men’s hair she’s styled.She will actively listen to reassure you you are going to get what you want before cutting. Low, mid, high fades, mid-length, trims, buzzcuts, beard grooming, and shaping to your desired profile… she’ll do it all. She also recently got a foaming machine for razor-sharp facial/head hairline definition. She is also time sensitive! Check out Serb!

Michelle is the best barber in the valley hands down. It took me so long to find a good barber (I have black/African hair)after mine left and I was so happy and impressed after Michelle cut my hair the first time. Big shout out to her and the lofts amazing service and views.

I’ve been to the Loft plenty of times, and I’ll be going plenty more times in the near future. One thing I love about this spot is the super cool atmosphere and insane views! Michelle has been my barber for the past year or so and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I get so many compliments on my haircut at work, by both colleagues and guests of the hotel. I absolutely recommend this place for any woman in the Valley who is looking to have a amazing experience and get herself treated like a queen!The nail tech is super talented. She will do what ever you dream to have draw in your nails. Small details, true art nail and fashion designs! She does also a great job taking care of your nails, with really good products.I am in love with the products they use in the Salon, and the hair technique they have as well there. I would 100% recommend if you are blond and want to get your roots done, they are so good at finding the perfect highlight for your color of hair.

The loft is a great atmosphere with wicked views! and Michelle is the best barber in the bow valley! If you need a fade that will get you laid goto the loft! They also do women's cuts, dyes and lots of other services.

If you have a tight schedule, don’t think that they will be on time to work within the times you choose your cut. I scheduled a 15 minute cut at 1:30pm and they started to cut my hair at 1:45pm. I mentioned it, and nobody apologized. I will definitely be going back to Prohibition Barber instead.

So the TLDR is that I basically not low key at all destroyed my own hair before walking into The Loft with puppy dog eyes pleading they would save it.Like every female has once done I went through a mini mental breakdown following a crisis while not being comfortable in my own skin. I had my hair cut at a different salon, then cut and dyed at another, then dyed once again and then finally decided to send it to the slaughter house by bleaching it MYSELF, then dying it twice more again myself.... We can all hold hands together at this point and weep at my own demise.So anyways, following my hairs tragic ROCK BOTTOM. I decided that it was time to finally cut it all off, having a Bob 4 previous years ago I figured why not?I set the appointment with Priscilla a Senior Stylist, had a sacrificial ceremony the night before ( all jokes but how will you ever know? ) and went to bed manifesting the best possible outcome.SO.I walk into The Loft Beard & Beauty Lounge, sit down and begin to take out my birds nest located directly on the top of my head. Luckily out of pure self interests there are no before photos however my hair was on its last limbs and Priscilla had known immediately everything I had done to it down to the bleaching...I apologized immensely for bringing her this disaster and she brushed it all off, laughed with me and began the savior quest she was about to take on.An hour later she had worked her true magic, cut off the necessary losses and as my boyfriend noted had me smiling again for the first time in weeks.The team was lovely to deal with start to finish, would highly recommend Priscilla as her obvious experience and talent is what made the outcome even possible. Enjoyed the conversations and company to the fullest. Thank you again for everything and saving the once thought unsavable.(Haircut was so well received at work I had a coworker cut her hair shortly after to a similar style)

I have been going to this place ever since Michelle has joined their team! Great vibes and amazing haircuts/colouring. Best haircut I have got since moving here 3 years ago always a 5 stair experience thanks to Michelle!
