Really tasty food, good service and reasonable price, owner always make special free rolls to try !!monster roll and dancing eel roll are super good! our to go place if we craving sushi!

What does excellent customer service mean? This answer the Wasabi House sure knows. The food was wonderful, the waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive and the cooks were happy to receive customers. It sure makes all the difference.

Great sushi for a reasonable price. After going to many sushi spots I believe this restaurant has one of the beat prices without sacrificing on quality. For 30$ I had a full stomach, some leftovers and tons of variety.The chefs also care a lot about their customers!

We were in the area and looking at dine in options. I found this restaurant and was sold by reviews immediately. I knew I had to try it. Not sure how you can spend there $10-20 per person. You eithereat like a bird or don't like rolls. We ordered bento box, udon, couple rolls and ice-cream with bananas. I wouldn't call it a lot" of food per person

Best Sushi in Halifax by far! The people who work here are always super friendly. The take out phone staff is also supper nice and helpful when you are not sure what type of sushi you want!

They stopped dine-in since the pandemic started, heard they resumed dine-in recently and decided to go for lunch. The sushi tastes the same as before, the food is fresh and the service is as good as ever. The two of us ordered three rolls and tempura shrimp. The boss gave us a large plate of sushi for free. In the end, we paid less than $35 and took a large box home. I will be back again.

The service was fantastic and the sushi was delicious. We have food allergies and they were very good about making sure we could eat the sushi. the chef made us extra on the house. It was a great experience.

best sushi experience in halifax hands down! i’ll be back for sure. the complimentary crab and sweet potato roll and mango roll were delicious. i’d never tried a mango roll and it was tasty! the sweet potato tempura avocado roll is a favourite of mine and they made it well. the service was very quick and they had good sake. the environment was perfect, not too loud and the space didn’t feel too big or small. next time i’m gonna make sure to try some chef specials and branch out a bit more. our waitress cathy was incredibly nice and she made our night :)

To receive 2 complimentary sushi rolls on the house was such a lovely surprise. Service was really quick and efficient. Food was lovely.nice portions of fish. All together, very lovely.

If you see other reviewers saying that they get free rolls... they're right! I ordered 2 rolls and they gave me 2 extra rolls on the house.This makes Wasabi House a truly reasonably-priced restaurant—perhaps the best one in Halifax!
