I have been with safe income tax more than 10 years and staff is always friendly and helpful. Every year our taxes are quite complicated and Minh always helps us make effective decisions. My parents had been doing their taxes here for more than 30 years before they passed away. Minh helped me make the case simple and did not charge me for my parents papers when they passed.

This office must have asked their friends or relatives to write positive reviews. I did my tax with this office in March for the first year. The accountant was rude and impatient. I had a bad experience with him but the front person was nice. The accountant has limited knowledge. He is not a CPA. He took it personally and raised his voice when I asked him a question where he interpreted as if I was challenging him. I got a letter from CRA after my tax filing with him. I had to fix the issue with CRA myself and never went back to him. I just read one review below. He disclosed his client's personal information when he responded to the review. If you used another accountant nearby him and you decide to come to him, he would bad mouth the other accountant. He is not professional.

My family has been coming to Minh for all our accounting services for more than 20 years and we highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and professional and his prices are very reasonable. We always refer our friends to him and they are also very satisfied.

All of my experiences with Safe Income Tax and Accounting have been good and fairly priced. Minh is both kind and knowledgeable, as is his family. Would most definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I have been going to Safe Income Tax for about 20 years for my taxes. I have never needed to make an appointment, I have just walked in and they do my taxes for me right away. The owner is always very professional. The staff is wonderful, and very polite. The prices for the service of doing my taxes has always been fair. I would highly recommend Safe Income Tax & Accounting Services.

Fair rates, professional, and nice family run business! Minh has always gotten the job done for me over the years and never hesitates to go beyond to help answer any of my tax related uncertainties. I also appreciate that the staff are able to cater to both English and Vietnamese speakers which is always a helpful bonus. Good people, highly recommend:)
