Communication was great from booking to visiting. Unforeseen circumstances meant my appointment time couldn’t be met, but I was moved to the afternoon slot. 2 technicians turned up and the job was completed in the space of 20 minutes. Left the area clean and gave me a full rundown of what had been done. Would use it again for any household appliance repair.

This is a company with many names. A-team is what I fell for. They charged me to put my washer on the pedestal and put it on backwards. Putting the weight on the back instead of the front. Made excuses to why it was like that. Also dinging my brand new dryer with the washing machine

We called Alpha Appliance yesterday, the technician arrived today at 1:00 pm, and he had the part required in his van. One hour later the oven was repaired and working. Excellent service.
