Beauty place, but traffic kept us from buying there, it is a horror show. Bad enough to let a place we loved go, poor planning by Surrey and White Rock, it has been horrible from day one and somehow gotten worse. Waited 3 lights to make a right turn!

Beautiful area, great amenities. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. Can’t beat the view from the gym and pool areas. Someone mentioned the traffic but I’ve never seen it that bad and we’ve been here three years. Most people are very nice. Geared more for the older crowd, not families of young children. It would be that much better if there were no rental units. Unfortunately renters here (like most places), don’t care as much about respecting the property and amenities etc.
