Alannah was very professional and the massage was great. I never knew how much my whole body ached until I left feeling fresh and loosened up. After my massage, Lyndsay- who is the owner of the clinic, gave me a tour and educated me on certain wellness treatments offered there that I was previously unaware of which was nice. Awesome location and atmosphere and I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Alannah for the amazing prenatal massage. This is was my first ever massage and I was super nervous about what to expect. But I couldn't be more relaxed and happy with how it went. She made the whole experience great. I will definitely be coming back again before little one is born.Thank you again for aiding in my aches and pains :)

I went to Total Recovery and Wellness this week for the first time and it was a delightful experience. The space is very clean and inviting.Katelyn made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my first ever massage. I’ll definitely be back.

Allie has such a beautiful way of holding space. The level at which she connects to the mind/body/soul is awe-inspiring and I feel very safe and taken care of in our distance reiki sessions. It usually takes me a long time to relax my busy mind, but with her guided breathwork I was calm and at ease in a matter of minutes. Her warmth and compassion for others healing process is something I admire, and deeply respect.- Nicole

I tried the sauna today,I didn't know what to expect ..... the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The sauna is in a private room , so peaceful and wonderful. thank you for a great experience and my body feels great. I will be booking more sessions on your online booking . Which I too really like , easy to use. My husband also gets his massages here too.
