They call often. Want blood from a rock for a bill the creditors made, not me. Also for this company, if you are to call me. You do not put me on hold. You are not most important in my life and will treat you as such when you pull tactics as this. Wise up.

We just got a new home phone number a week and a half ago. Apparently this number used to belong to someone that they are trying to collect money from. After receiving 2 calls within one hour, the day that our new phone was operational, I called back and politely explained that the person doesn't live at this phone #. I then asked to be taken off the list and was assured that I would be. Since then calls have come every other day. Today I called back and not so politely told them to take our number out of their system. Hopefully this does the trick so the harassment stops.

I get call from cbv one indain person call me every time he is a very rude he put my collection file to legal department he give me date for pay aamount then no call no mess he send my file to legal department before 5 days due date.then he said you hve aa one more account why why you guys have to see date of birth then call to other person i never seen like this person in my life no cooperate dont know good way to call yeah its all about non sense dont call me again

O starsNothing but complete harassment from them. Multiple calls by multiple numbers every single day. They do not follow the laws of collection agency's.

This is got to be the worst scam company out there. They call a couple time a day and hang up. They have tried the “important business matter with Telus” trick. I will play their silly little game and show them that I am much better at it than they are. CLOWNS!!!!!

Know your rights, look up the statute of limitations in regards to debt collection.If you don't actually owe debt but are being harassed look into reporting this agency to your provincial consumer Protection agency.

This company has been harassing me for YEARS! They are looking for a MAN, I'm clearly NOT that person. I've filed complaints, I've phoned them back to remove my number and they are rude and hang up on me. I've blocked all CBV numbers and yet they still get through.

If i could give a negative star review i would. They call 3,4,5 times a day from different numbers and hang up. No messages left and no correspondence in the mail. I have nothing in collections on both equifax and transunion, yet they say i owe. They do not respect the consumers act. Customer service is beyond awful. Rude and pushy. I highly suggest everyone know your rights when dealing with these scum bags.

I’m 14 so I don’t owe any debt however this number has called me millions of times claiming I had time sensitive documents in the mail for me and saying I was some random lady (couldn’t even hear the name cause the robo caller said it super fast) I’ve blocked the caller because a) this is a scam and b) it’s borderline harassment calling my phone probably 50-60 times in the past month (late June - as I’m writing this (early July) they call every day with some days having them called 10 or more times. If these calls continue after I have blocked your number as some people have claimed, I will report this company to consumer protection, I’m fed up… STOP
