Adam was very helpful, patient and took the time to explain all of my options in a non-pressuring sort of way. He was very thorough looking at all potential issues and made thoughtful suggestions. I was thrilled with the service I received.

Well I was not there to see the work and they installed my vent in the front of the furnace instead of behind it like before it doesn't look very clean looks messy for me and dripped glue on my siding outside. But that's what happens when you're not around. The furnace seams to work good. A lot of scratches on the top it look like it was used but will find out with time. And they made an extra hole in my floor I wasn't too happy and he was trying to tell me he didn't but it was freshly cut. Taking people for stupid. Other wise it's working.

Excellent service and workmanship. showing up on time and getting the job done right the first time. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. highly recommended.

Aire Serv quoted and then replaced our 17 year old Lennox AC and Furnace with Canadian made Napoleon products.We were exceptionally happy with their integrity and recommendation (didn’t over sell or do anything that we didn’t need). We found them to be very trustworthy and experts in their field.They delivered exactly what they promised to deliver, on time and exactly what they quoted.They did a excellent job, installing everything with ALL new installation materials. It was neat, clean and they took pains to route the lines and ducts where we would run them, not where it was the easiest to run them. I was very thankful for that.I also loved that I was buying Canadian products that were were made in Barrie and sold and serviced in Canada.It is so refreshing to have a company look after you and do what is right for you - the customer.I wish I could fine more companies like this.Highly Recommended!Thank you Aire Serv!

I contacted Dan through the recommendation of my propane supplier. I was not disappointed. He is kind, courteous and an utmost professional. The co-worker was the same. Everything was done in the time frame he quoted me on and cleaned up before they left. My new furnace is operating wonderfully!Thanx Dan!!

I had to use Aire Serv Guelph through a Lowes extended protection plan for my hot water heater. January 19th Aire Serv was called out by the insurance provider and assessed my hot water heater for a water leak. The original assessment appointment was addressed well, and the service tech was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. This is where my positive review ends. The repair tech verbally told me that he would put in the paperwork for replacing my tank likely by end of day January 19th, and to provide me by email a copy of the paperwork and a quotation for supply and installation of a new hot water heater. It is now January 31st, and I have received NOTHING from Aire Serv. I have left several phone messages with the Aire Serv phone admin, and NOTHING has been received from the company. If this is any indication of how Aire Serv manages customer support and how they manage their company, I recommend NOT using them for any services.To address Aire Serv's response to the Google Review: Your response on Feb. 24th to my review does not address the main issues. Your tech told me that I would receive a quote from Air Serv for supply and installation of a new water heater by end of day. Not only did this not happen, I never received a quote at all from Aire Serv to supply and install a new water heater from Aire Serv. And that is NOT a task by the Lowes protection plan because it was not a repair request. And not only that, I left several messages with your staff to call me to provide a quote to supply and install a NEW water heater, which as of today (Feb. 24th) has never been addressed.

John Wilson from Aireserve installed a new HVAC unit at my house in may of this yearThe system is very noisy but John is not responding to my text nor is he supplying me with an invoice for my cash payment.I contacted the manufacturer and will contact CRA.Do nor recommend them at all.Etta from Georgetown

Awesome service from Adam! He came out and did a full check of our furnace and AC after we moved into a new house last week. Was amazingly informative and helpful. He installed a new thermostat for us too and made the entire experience quick and pleasant. Would absolutely recommend Aire Serv to anyone needing HVAC assistance.
