Had an amazing one on one training session with Vince who walked me through the basics of Primal Movement. It was so good, I bought him in to teach my phys ed class. They loved it too!It's not like anyhhing you've tried. Pure body weight, slow and controlled, detail oriented movement patterns. Vince was an excellent teacher and pushed me, while being patient while I learned the basics. Definitely worth your time.

Vince is an amazing trainer and is great with all skill levels. He understands beginners and the advanced athlete. I would recommend Vince to any of my family and friends he’s awesome
