Friendly customer service and a store with alot of variety! Especially the mushrooms - good selection and basically you get what you pay for. Always my go to store for dried seafood.

Looking for a gift and so glad that the owner was so helpful and recommended how to prepare the herb and even cut it up, portioned it and packaged it individually.

Been a long time customer to the store. Staffs are always friendly despite how busy they are at times. They always take the time to listen to what you're looking for and give great recommendations. There's always great selections come Chinese New Year or special occasions where you need to get gifts for the respected elderly. Pricings are reasonable and qualities are great. Highly recommend!

SORRY but I bought some maple candy as gift and now I can’t gift them because it says 03/11/2020 in the back (blacked out with sharpie and covered by price tag) I have no idea why and if this is the expiry date or what…

Quality is evident in their produce and worth the price you pay.Chinese Medicine Doctor on site, and will tailor your herbal teas to your needs. Can opt to make at home or boil in-house.Also provides cleaning of dried sea cucumber to ensure that you won't get that graininess and sand left when you cook it yourself.They also love to give advice on how to prep these goodies as it's common we don't know how! Very hospitable staff and willing to help you any way possible. Also let's you shop on your own, but if you need assistance, they'll help you and give you best advice, a service I prefer more as I don't really like to be bothered when I'm browsing.

New customer, recently bought some mushrooms from this place, but was scammed big time. I compared mushrooms I got from this place (LEFT) vs TNT Supermarket (RIGHT), with size of a Canadian quarter.Eternal's mushrooms were barely bigger than a quarter! TNT's size was much bigger and cheaper than this place!After leaving Eternal Trading, I knew I was in trouble when there was another customer returning and complaining about some other things they bought.Perhaps they carry too much inventory and small inventory, so they need to jack up their prices and sell. BUYER BEWARE. SCAM.

I always buy all my herbs from this store. When I need help finding the right ones the store owner always offer their help and knowledge. I find their prices great and the products are excellent quality. Great customer service.Always my goto store!

My go to place for all dried goods. They offer a wide variety of products and has very knowledgeable staff. Great quality for a good price. Highly recommend!
