Terrible service and a very unprofessional manager (Mike). Refused to continue working on my Keystone trailer which they are a dealer of because they did not sell it to me. Mike said it wasn't their problem anymore. Have the email to prove it! Would not want to return anyway, they did the winterization of my trailer and put rv antifreeze into the water heater rather than drain it and use the bypass. This ate away at the anode which now requires replacement. I was forced to pick up a trailer that is still not fixed. I have nothing positive to say about this company or their management! Think twice before buying here and look at other options besides Keystone. Since they fail to fulfill their warranty obligations.

We had our hearts set on finding a Keystone Hideout 318 BR and very few were offered with only a couple acrually in stock in Ontario. Sturgeon woods had one, and being from Sudbury thought, oh boy

The place to if are looking for a camping trailer very friendly and helpful we are very happy with our new trailer.

We are fairly new to the park but so far it’s been a great adventure! Very happy we chose this park! It is very family friendly but there is also a separate area that is 55 and over! The pools are always very clean and well maintained! The property is also well maintained and beautiful! There is water and places to fish and paddle board or kayak …..always lots do at this park! My only complaint would be that there is no public washrooms or showers for guests!

We just recently purchased an RV from Sturgeon Woods RV and are staying at their Campground. So far we have really enjoyed our time there and can't wait to make more memories with our family

It's been about 10 years since the last time we were here as weekend campers and we used to enjoy it very much when the kids were younger. Let's start by saying time has not been kind. Mostly seasonals now our friends included and everyone for the most part are packed in very tightly. Lots of lots poorly kept as well as the campground in general. I believe the owners know that as long as they are full what is the incentive to do better.

Low pressure sales combined with extremely knowledgeable sales staff made me buy here. I looked at the camper 3 times before I purchased.. they where very helpful. After the sale the service has been great.
