Climate Experts recently installed a new Lennox furnace, air conditioner and humidifier, along with updated ductwork. The installers, Jason, Shayne and I believe it was Cam, were very respectful and professional in their work habits. Upon completion, they made sure the the areas in which they were working were clean and mess free. Before they left, they made sure we understood all the operating features of the new systems and were quite comfortable with them.From Cody, who gave us the quote and explained the pros and cons of the various systems available, without being condescending, to Beth in the office, I would have no hesitation in recommending Climate Experts for all your HVAC needs.

I had a part fail on my furnace and called these guys. They quoted me $1,500.00 for the part and $100 labor to install. I thought the part was way to expensive. I was speaking with friends about it and one said he new a guy who did furnaces and he would ask about the part. The short story is I got the part from my friend for under $300 all in. Climate Experts are crooks who super inflate part prices. They should lose their license for such shameful price gouging. There is no way to justify a 500% increase for parts. Beware, don't trust them.
