Terrible. The owner is terrible. I had an interview there a while ago and he asked me if I was a mother and I said yes and then told me he was no longer hiring - after talking to the guy ahead for a half hour. However the two other men who work(d) there are great.

Best cigarette prices in the city, however most other products are relatively highly priced. Customer service can be hit or miss. Overall, I recommend this store for cigarette purchases. The atmosphere is very inviting.

This place is terrible. Employees are lazy and not knowledgeable. Call day before to check stock the night before and was assured there was stock. Drove from Canterbury/Woodstock NB the next day. No stock and employees asking customers for codes for pricing ridiculous, and the employees acted like we were a burden to ask questions, clearly because they didn’t have any answers to questions and were getting frustrated. Terrible Terrible Terrible wish I could score in the negatives. Hope owner reads this and gets some secret shoppers in to further review.

Terrible customer service. Everything is overpriced, very limited glass, it's also so small it's awkward to stand and look at things. Never will I be back. Go to mister music youll have a better chance at finding what you want.

Not very impressed with these guys right now. My friend recently bought a small bong for smoking shatter. The very first night she used it, the crystal nail" that came with it broke. All she did was heat it up

It is VERY difficult to support local when the business is only open “when you feel like it” signs on the door saying “once again we are not open for a few minutes..sorry for the inconvenience” do not even begin to make up for the inconvenience!!!Maybe if people were not so lazy, and kept regular business hours they would be more successful

Best place to get the best prices on Yocan, Puffco etc. The reason why there is no warranty is because they don’t know if the person buying what they’re buying knows how to use it properly, clean it properly etc. This is a pain but that’s the nature of this industry. The store is clean the staff helpful and knowledgeable. I do all my vape needs here even though I could go to one right by my house. But I love this store and highly recommend it. And there’s manufactures warranty against defects in the product. If you buy something here and you take it home and it just won’t turn on or something like that. But once you use it it’s yours. I find if you keep it simple is the best way. These devices are easy to use and nearly impossible for you to screw it up lol. Also you should open the package in front of staff to make sure everything is there. They can’t open every package they have to check. That’s up to you. When I order McDonalds I check to make sure it’s all there.

I went there knowing nothing looking for cool gifts for some friends. The Employee who helped me was very nice, showed me there best products for my price range and even made some suggestions. Great little shop!!

I suggest NEVER going here , I was told I could return an item no problem, get my money back what they failed to tel me that they don't actually allow you to return an item , get your money back ! And yes they do state it on the recipient no cash returns but when an EMPLOYEE tell your one thing you don't even check ! When I went to go return an item that DIDNT WORK! They were snarky, and so unprofessional! And I seriously suggest NO one going there ! I am appalled by how the employee spoke to me

Over priced, no warranty, rude and obnoxious customer service, buy with extreme caution. Remove all stickers in front of employees under light. Or do what a lot of the 420 community is doing already and just STAY AWAY.
