We had the pleasure of working with Diane this year (2021) to sell my condo and my girlfriends (also helped buy the same condo 5 years ago). Her team helped us purchase another place. We've used Diane Price twice now to buy and sell. I wouldn't even think of using anyone else. Our first home sat on the market for months (using a different agent), and once Diane stepped in, the house sold 5 days later. Now, I know what you're thinking....that could have just been dumb luck. Well that deal fell apart due to financing, so we went back on the market, and sold again in just 4 days! That was 11 years ago in a completely different market.In our current market, does the real estate agent you choose even matter? Every house will sell, and sell fairly quickly. So just go out and find the agent with the lowest commission fee. Right?Well, unless you're looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and earn every penny of their commission in order to make sure YOU get the maximum amount of money for your home.Diane put in so much work cleaning, painting, and staging our home (I would guesstimate around 80-100 hours!) as she recognized it would be difficult for my wife and I to get it done as we work opposite schedules, and have a special needs son. I suspect we probably received an additional $100,000 on the sale of our home due to the work Diane did.She also gave us some good and hard advice on the sale of our home and the changing market, even if it was advice I didn't want to hear (or take). But in the end, she was 1000% right.Diane has a ton of experience and she knows what she's doing. She's also assembled a world class team that supports her and supports her clients.I wouldn't dream of using anyone but Diane Price to sell my home. And you shouldn't either.
