For the first time I have bras that fit, the size I used to wear was way off and Lauren was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable but also confident and helped me find the perfect bras. She is super knowledgeable and I’ll be sending all my friends to her in the future ❤️

I spent alot of time in this most valued treasured store. I had the Best Customer Service that I have had in along time. Brandy was so knowledgeable as well as Lauren. What a great team they make. Thankyou so very much for a great day❤️

I just had a bra fitting appointment with Brandy and she was AMAZING. I’m a new mom and my body has changed a lot in the last year so the idea of bra shopping felt so overwhelming. I just had no idea where to begin or what would work for me. Brandy was a saviour. She was kind, patient and so lovely to work with. She measured me, brought in different options and helped me understand what to look for/what makes a good fit and differences between styles/brands. It truly was a full service. I left with two new bras and a whole new level of self confidence. I can’t wait to go back and do more shopping eventually. What a great experience! Highly recommend booking the appointment!!

Bathing suit shopping.... need I say more! I was made to few very comfortable, the staff were kind, professional & patient in helping me pick a suit perfect for me!! That IA why I have returned to this store to purchase my swim ware over the years!!

Well, that was a terrible experience. I went in and wanted some clarification on the sizing and I got a snippy young brunette giving me a look" and saying "people book appointments for that"....like I can't buy a bra without an appointment. I had on nice clothes

Went in asked to be sized expecting it to be a fast experience. The one employee checked with the employee that does the sizing , they let me know they didn’t have time to help. They have an appointment at 11am, and they take 45 minutes. I was there at 10:20(5 min late for an appointment slot). I was still there during the appointment, the appointment would have been so very unnecessary for me. All I needed to know was the length around my body.I think different fitting appointment times would be well worth the companies time.They also need more than 1 person to do the fittings and I feel a newer employee could do the basic sizing I needed.( I will be buying a fabric measuring tape for future need now.)

Went to Sheer Essentials today to buy some post baby bras, and I was extremely pleased with both the selection and the pricing, but most of all the customer service. The young lady who helped me today was *amazing*. She was patient and understanding, she knew her products and she knew exactly what I needed. She also knew that their sister store (also in Duncan) had another bra I would like and made notes in my account so the next sales rep would know what I was looking for. Having a baby in tow in the 36 degree heat, you went above and beyond and this Momma really really appreciated all of your help, thank you!!

I've purchased twice from this website online and had success with one purchase and not so much with the other order. As a customer I would recommend this website do the following:1. Add final sale, and no returns to all sale items and clearance items so that it shows up in the online shopping basket and is on all the invoicing. I did not review the return policy because I'm used to shopping at websites and stores that are more generous/transparent to their customers. So when things are final sales or no returns that transparency, is found in all aspects of the online shopping experience.2. Secondly, add fit or size guides to each individual item you sell online or to the brands you sell online and put that transparency on your website. I bought 4 items of the same size - 2x. Two items fit much smaller than a 2x (almost like an xl or a large), and the other two were much larger - closer to the 3x. Out of the bunch, I'm able to use 1 item (a sweater dress because it can look okay baggy, but it is too large for me). I tried looking everywhere on your website for this information but couldn't find it all. Also, I thought I was safe because I bought one item from your website at a 2x however, that didn't work this time.Buyer beware buying anything from this store online as you will be stuck with unwanted clothes if it doesn't fit.Further, because of this transaction - there will be an extremely low chance that I will purchase something from here again until there is more transparency in the return policy of fit of your clothing items.In response to the owner's response: the clarity I'm seeking on the return policy is that my confirmation order email, my emailed invoice, my paper invoice, and the final checkout screen all so not mention the return policy. The only place you can find is if you go to a sub page and scroll under the return policy to the sale section to find it. It would be great if the paper invoice the confirmation email, the final checkout screen etc..had in brackets no returns and then I wouldn't have bought it especially if I saw it on the final checkout page before I purchased. Also in response to the owner's comment about companies not taking discounted merchandise. I have paid for return shipping and accepted a credit for the remainder amount. This includes companies such as Franc, Margaret M, and shoptheskinny. Shoptheskinny is definitely based on the same model on sheer essentials so yeah there is more that the owner can do. Also I did ask for sizing and was referred back to the size chart and/or didn't hear from the owner before the sale price was going to expire. I get businesses wanting to defend their online reputation and it would be great if perhaps this one can commit to improvement or at least reviewing their customer experience to see if they are doing their best. At least as a customer I try to be fair iny reviews and demonstrate where I could do better so at least the next customer has their eyes open when using this website.

Fantastic clothing, lingerie and swim selections with inclusive sizing. My mother and I both love to shop here.
