Ample parking space. Very strategic location. Bank, coffee, subway, nail salon, bar, grocery shop, hardware store, sushi restaurant all are there in this complex.

Counter person is so rude, she expect you to order right away as if there's a line up duh...pizza taste awful, I had better pizza than this & order some cheese bread OMG can't even it. They don't even deserve one star

Small plaza, has pretty much all stores. There's a sushi, a German deli, Cravings cafe, a subway, A food bank for those who might need the resources Guru Nanak Food bank Delta, and much more.

It's ok, cuz I grew up here some simple store and chill restaurant /fast food. Also, it need some update as specially the colour palette. There one store doesn't a business or anything

Parking durring peak shopping hours is not great. We visited the Delta Lion Pub gor brunch and was pleasantly surprised by their new set up of counter only service. Was slightly disappointed due to this that they were not taking contact info from customers. Food and Mimosas were great as always.Also visited the hardware store and had great personal service by a young associate who took me to the product I was looking for. Will definitely go back for all the smaller needs.
