Had a tub to shower conversion done. On time, at price quoted with excellent workmanship and quality. Can't wait to use it. Company was easy to work with and gave me what I wanted, no hassles.

I was quoted on removing my old beat up steel tub and surround and replace with new. I insisted on my fairly new glass doors being removed and reinstalled on the new tub. Due to Covid, the quote was given site unseen. it was almost $1000 cheaper than the next best quote. I was away when the installation was done. When I returned I noted that there were no shelves on the new surround. I called Bath Solutions, on a Thursday, and spoke to Jarred, He was great. He showed up on the Saturday and installed 4 shelves in less than 30 minutes, no charge. The job was professionally done, great quality, exceptional price and awesome customer service when an issue was discovered.

We required a new shower. Bath Solutions did an excellent job to remove the old one and create the new one. We were extremely impressed with their attention to detail and ensuring that the final product was aesthetically pleasing. We would highly recommend them to everyone!

I contacted BathSolutions to have a master shower installed in a new build. Initial meeting, selection of product was great & a tentative installation date was suggested. The installation was completed in one day with exception of the shower head which had not come in on time, so I was given a head to use in the meantime. The head I ordered came in & was installed in a timely fashion. I LOVE my new master shower.My only complaint with this company was the lack of communication. Due to the difficulty in obtaining product, the tentative date came & went by a month with no communication from anyone explaining the delay. Any communication with them was always initiated by myself. While I understand difficulties sourcing materials, I still think some effort should have been made prior to my getting a phone call to ask if (date) would be okay for the installation (again, after I had reached out to ask the status of the order). I confess, I was at the point of cancelling the order & going with something else.Overall, I am quite pleased with the service of Bath Solutions & I would recommend them, just be prepared to initiate the communications post order.

So impressed with all the service and work from Jared and Craig. We had a shower totally remodelled due to a flood happening in our kitchen ceiling. Love the way they patiently took the time to advise us and listen to our ideas. The end result is just what we want and need. Craig even came quickly to put up grab bars for me after I broke my hip, while we were waiting for the custom shower door to arrive.

Jared and Craig did an amazing job on the install of our high end shower in our master ensuite bath. We could not be happier with the quality of the work, attention to detail, cleanliness in our home and friendly service. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom renovation.

Saved a ton of money. Removed tub and put in a walk in shower. Same foot print. By not using tile saved a ton of money. In and out in one day. Could not believe how good and fast they were. Had assumed 3 days.Highly recommended.
