Excellent service! He knows his stuff. He brought the correct part and had our washer working within minutes. He was honest about the price and very reasonable. I would definitely use him again!

Our dryer went out and so we called John. He was quick and able to come out the next day with the correct part. He had our dryer fixed in an hour. Easy to work with and his price was more than fair. Really pleased. Hope I don't need to call him again anytime soon, but if I do, he'll be my first call. Thanks John.

Called to have our dryer repaired, John was able to come the next day, where everyone else was at least a week out or wouldn't even come to my address. The day after he was quick to order the part that was needed, and when the part came in the following day he was here by the evening, in and out. Was very quick to find and fix the problem, pleasant to deal with and very reasonably priced. Happy encounter all around!

Fantastic customer service. Came over on a Sunday at the drop of a hat and fixed my oven door within a half hour. He also explained everything as he went.Would highly recommend and will be using this business for all my appliance repairs moving forward.

Great work John! I had an issue with my oven not heating up. John was here next day with part and installed in 30 min. The most reasonable price. His price cannot be beat. Very nice and friendly person. Highly recommended. Also he warranty’s the part as well.

I’m only giving this guy 1 star because no stars aren’t an option.I spoke with John about repairing my inoperable dryer, indicating that weekends were best. He agreed to the weekend repair, specifically the next Saturday. I said that I’d text him the dryer’s make and model. But after texting the information, I received no response. I called John to confirm receipt of my text. When he answered, I got the sense I was bothering him; definitely a different tone from our earlier conversation. I asked when I could expect him on Saturday and he told me he’d probably be out on Monday. I reminded him that we had already agreed to a Saturday appointment. After which, he reluctantly said he would come on Saturday.When I asked for an expected time, he stammered. I explained that I had other commitments that day, whereby he said “I’m not going to run my business around your schedule.”UNBELIEVABLE customer service model! I’d hang my clothes on a line before I’d ever hire this guy.

I called him in the morning and he came out the same day. He was very knowledgeable. He repaired machine on that service call. I will call him in the future if i need any appliance repair

After calling a couple of other businesses including where we purchased our dryer (they were no help at all) I called the Appliance Doctor. To my surprise, John came out that day. He was very professional, took the top cover off the dryer and quickly found the problem, a loose wire in the control panel, problem solved in less than 10 minutes. He even showed me what to do if the problem arises again. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Phoned them for a service call as my garage fridge was beeping and displaying an error message. But instead of immediately agreeing to a service call, the owner had me troubleshoot the panel, and I was able to successfully eliminate the error message and beeping. This was a wonderful surprise to find a business owner who wanted to save me money on a service call and still help me solve my issue. I will definitely call them again should I have any other issues with any of my appliances. Thank you so much!
