I had a wonderful experience with Chris Parsons. He was able to sell my house in a timely manner. He also found me a nice house to purchase. When I had any questions Chris was readily available. His company provides all aspects of real estate. Chris was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

Really had an enjoyable experience with Coverage Realty. They were quick and efficient. They sold my home within six weeks of listing it....and I saved about $ 3,000 because they charged only 3% commission plus a flat rate which was to my benefit. I was originally with a larger firm who continually had me lower my price but wouldn’t cut their commission to make the sale. I’m glad I switched. Chris was a go getter from the beginning. I would recommend Coverage Realty any day, and every time!!

My husband and I used Chris Parsons several years ago to sell my Mother-In-Laws home in Warren and he was outstanding. He had kept in touch with us over the years, so when we decided to move we thought of no one else to sell our home.We spoke with Chris and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes in our neighborhood sold, how long the listings typically stay on the market, and provided quite a lot of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house would be tough to sell due to current state of the Covid-19 pandemic, but were assured that it was actually a good time to sell. Chris' hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing!We had 4 offers within days of putting the house on the market, and our house went under contract 8% above asking price. We accepted and Chris (and Dawn, who was incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step. Chris did a fabulous job selling our rental house. Every time we had a question or needed to communicate with him, he responded immediately and spent a lot of time going over strategy for selling. Made recommendations on improvements, etc. We didn't have it listed long enough to do an open house, which I'm sure they would have done superbly, but he did problem solve several issues. I also think he's very personal--a good salesman. We had a few glitches closing, but they were not the fault of Coverage Realty. Highly recommend.

I can't t say enough good things about our realtor, Chris Parsons. He was ontop of everything! Every question was answered quickly and the entire purchase was flawless. Chris made certain that we got an extremely good deal on our purchase and treated us like we were always his top priority. My husband and I bought our first home this year and hired Alexandra Beaty with Coverage Realty to be our realtor. She was amazing! The process was new to us and could be a bit overwhelming at times but she made time to explain things and was always prompt to get us appointments to see any houses we were interested in. When we found our house, she helped us through the whole offer process and checked in periodically during the waiting to close period and was always so encouraging and professional. Unfortunately, just a few days before our closing, Alex came down with an illness but she was quick to have her broker, Chris take over and he did our final walk through and closing appointment with us. He was great and stepped in smoothly and kept everything running smoothly. All in all, we had a great experience with Coverage and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Our agent was Chris Parsons, he was Amazing. We talked honestly about pricing our home. There were three other homes in our subdivision listed and we were excited about their listing prices. Chorus explained that those homes were over priced. He said he would list at whatever price we wanted, however, if we over price it would probably take much longer to sell. We listened to Chris, priced right and sold our home in 5 days!! The other homes are still listed and we are in our new home. I can not say enough good thing about Chris and the entire staff at Coverage. We dealt with others in the office and they were all very helpful and very friendly. They helped us get through everything with great ease. We listed, sold and bought and closed on both homes in 47 days!!!! I’m still Amazed. I would, and will, recommend Chris Parsons and Coverage Realty to anyone that mentions looking for a Realtor.
