I recently bought my cello from Flocello and I absolutely love it! His studio is very beautiful and full of amazing instruments. It's a very inspirational place! I felt very welcome and loved the experience of trying all instruments I wished to play. My cello's teacher always makes very good comments about the high quality of my instrument and I am feel very lucky to have found Flocello European String Music Studio. I highly recommend it for all people that are looking for a serious and trustable place to buy a real high-quality instrument.

I had a great experience purchasing a new violin. Florin was very professional and yet very warm. He was quite reasonable with his prices. He is clearly very passionate about music. He insisted that I try almost all the violins to determine which was best for my personality and style. I would highly recommend Flocello to anyone looking to buy a high quality string instrument.

FLOCELLO EUROPEAN STRING INSTRUMENTS MUSIC STUDIO CANADA
I was looking for a new “step up” viola after 2.5 years of playing a student model and came across Flocello when making a random trip to Hamilton. Over a few weeks I tried 28 different instruments at a number of different shops but ultimately chose one I tried at Flocello: a luthier made model from Hora in Romania. It was a nice playable size, but possessed a quite a bit of power and projection for a small (well, for a viola) instrument. Rich low notes, complex overtones and resonance contribute to a really nice warm middle string voice…it has a lot of character and versatility. It’s pretty, too, made with beautiful aged European spruce and maple. The purchase process was accommodating: Florin got back to me quickly and it was easy to set up an appointment to come and try instruments. There was no problem with taking an instrument home to show to a teacher or just spend time playing, which is incredibly important when choosing an instrument.

I had a great experience at flocello. As a newbie to violin I had many questions and Florin is very knowledgeable and extremely gracious with his time, you won't have to worry about being rushed. His instruments are wonderful and priced well. I highly recommend anyone interested in violin, cello to check out flocello before going anywhere else
