East Bluff Harbor

Cheryl and Bob and the crew here took my non-running boat in for service the first day we were on vacation to get us back on the water. They all worked hard to find and fix the initial and subsequent issues. I was, admittedly, more impatient than I should have been and they were all gracious in giving updates while trying their best to get my boat and family back on the water. They are knowledgeable and were very patient and compassionate about my situation. I hope to not have to use their service again while on vacation, but won't hesitate to call if I do. Based on my experience, I would recommend that you give them your business.

Cheryl and the crew are very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and hard working. My kids love the Labrador Retriever welcome wagon and we love the convenience of getting gas for the boat (just up from Keuka College). They do beautiful restoration work and even during the winter, they are hard at work getting ready for the season.

We drove 6hrs to purchase a boat from Cheryl and Bobby months ago. Although busy they were very helpful and put the boat in the water for us and sold us a fantastic boat for a fair price. Honest and hardworking folks! Thanks again

I have rented from here before with no issues, usually the best rates. But, as far as quality you do get what you pay for. On the pontoon boat gauges didn't work, interior lights didn't work and the doors were falling off hinges. But my negative review really stems from customer service. When I arrived to pick up the boat it had been given to someone else. We almost had to take a smaller boat in the meantime but the people were contacted that took our boat. When all was said and done we waited a little over an hour and were told we would be given a one day refund for our troubles. When I returned the boat and asked about the refund they told me they would never do such a thing and that it was a mistake. They would not go or what I was told and only offered to pay for the half tank of gas required to fill it up upon arrival.

Rented the 25' Sweetwater for 3 days this week. Was an excellent boat, brand new seat upholstery, new flooring, new 90hp Mercury motor. Family had a great time. The staff at East Bluff Harbor were extremely friendly and helpful. Rental pricing was also excellent compared to other options. Price of the Sweetwater rental allowed us to get 3 days where pricing other places would have only been two. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! I was vacationing on Keuka lake when a few rocks got sucked up into my jet ski and it stopped working. They fixed it same day and didn’t charge me an insane amount of money. East Bluff Harbor saved our vacation, thank you!!

Advertised open until 5. Pulled up to pump at 4:45 and called, no answer! Now we don't have enough gas to boat for the rest of the day.
