Maple Ridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Buying a dodge Costs less but the service is four to six times the cost in my experience. Outrageous at time when you get the bill for servicing your average pickup truck.I previously owned a brand new Chevy before I bought My dodge new, so relevant experience for both dealerships.I like my dodge, drives great. Decent truck, happy with it, but soley because of the way you get taken advantage of at the dealership when getting it serviced I will not be getting another one or recommending anyone I know to do the same. Again I like the truck. Talked to fellow colleagues who own fords. They shared similar experiences with ford being reasonable as I had found Chevy to be. So not sure if it’s only Dodge that does this?

I cannot imagine a more friendly, professional, and customer- service driven team than that found at the Maple Ridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We bought our van from them nearly four years ago and were treated extremely well, having all of our priorities in purchasing a new vehicle met or exceeded.We have used their service department regularly for oil changes, routine inspections, and the occasional larger issue - most recently replacing our well-worn battery. The staff are always incredibly courteous and enthusiastic in their efforts to ensure a smooth, timely, and affordable resolution to any vehicle concerns or maintenance visits.Specifically, I must mention James, their Lead Service Advisor. While you would be lucky to interact with any of the helpful individuals working at this organization, should you be fortunate enough to speak with James, you are certain to walk away feeling like your day was made just a little better. Both my husband and I agree we have never felt more heard and valued as both clients and individuals than we have in our exchanges with this warm, talented customer service advocate. He always has a smile on his face, a story to share, and the unique capacity to balance integrity and kindness. Dealing with James has made us feel like we are a part of the family.Our experiences at the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Maple Ridge have always been exceptionally positive, and they will keep us going back as dedicated, grateful customers. You couldn't do better than this dedicated and trustworthy team.

If I could give 6 stars I would!! My husband and I recently purchased a brand new Ram 1500 Warlock. We had purchased from this dealership before and were looking to get an upgrade. Within seconds of stepping foot on the lot we were met for Jay (Jaikirat). Jay was extremely helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for. We were shown the warlock and we instantly fell in love!! The finance manager, Fred was very informative and helpful, he made this deal happened within less then 24hrs. If you’re looking for a great ride then Jay and Fred are your guys!!

I had an excellent experience at Maple Ridge Chrysler buying a new Ram 1500. Stuart was welcoming, polite, and efficient, and found me the perfect truck to match my needs. Going through the paperwork for financing was a breeze thanks to their finance manager Nikita, who explained everything so it was simple to understand what I was signing for. She also was a great help in deciding what warranty and protections were best suited for my situation. I reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a truck. The service representative was very professional and competent. Always get good service at Maple Ridge Chrysler. The issue is value for money. The cost to replace a seatbelt (the part that the belt inserts into) and a new FOB was $1,200 all in. That seems excessive to me.

When you hear about horror stories of scummy car dealerships, this place is why. The car salesman was extremely pushy, confusing me and convincing me to buy a vehicle I was not ready for. He convinced me I was getting a “great deal” by giving me free extended warranty on a 2019 Jeep. After taking the vehicle home, I realized I purchased something I could not afford and reached out to them to return it (literally the next day). They said there was nothing they could do. I looked over my bill of sale, and realized the price was substantially higher than I thought, because they charged me over 8 thousand dollars for the extended warranty they told me was free. I contacted them, and they again basically said “oops”. Never offered to refund it. I told them to cancel it and refund me, and they told me I needed to contact someone else about it. I called again as per their instructions, and kept being told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I called and called, and emailed several people and heard nothing. They actually began ignoring my calls and emails. They have a 30 day cancellation policy for warranties. On day 30, someone finally contacted me to tell me I could no longer cancel it as it was over the 30 day mark. When I threatened to report them to the VSA, they then told me it would be cancelled. I asked for proof of cancellation and a refund, and they said they could not provide a receipt, but assured me a cheque was deposited to my loan at the bank for the car. In good faith, I accepted this. Big mistake. I recently checked with the bank and they have no record of a refund. I am now out at least $8k and never used the warranties that I didn’t know I was still paying for. I reached out to Darryl at maple ridge, who once again said he would get back to me, and once again never did. Do NOT buy from this dealership.

Carlos is a true gem. He helped me get a TRX for my wife before her birthday when 30 other dealers throughout Canada either couldn’t or weren’t willing to sell without a ridiculous markup over MSRP. I would suggest allowing Carlos to take care of you and buy your next car from him. He is very warm, down to earth, has excellent communication skills and made the whole process fun.

The team at MRC were great to deal with when I purchased my used 2014 ram 1500. Neil was helpful and I appreciated his honesty. Would recommend anyone looking for help buying their next vehicle.

STAY AWAY from Maple Ridge Chrysler. They blatantly deceived me, admitted fault and then proceeded to do nothing about it as I suffer financially from their selfish acts as a business. I financed a Ram 1500 from them and I trusted them, came off as nice people. It wasn’t what I originally wanted but they assured me up and down it was all they could put me in because of my credit. Now this was a tax free savings sale event, so no tax was to be charged on the vehicle. After the purchase I found out I was charged 6K in taxes. I went back to the dealership and they wrote me a cheque for that amount to place on my loan. I then asked if it wasn’t for the over charge in taxes, could I have afforded the original vehicle that I wanted? They admitted yes and then refused to exchange the vehicle. They said I had to wait one year because that’s the way it is. I have since then now work in the auto industry and am aware of the amount of deceitful tricks they pull on all of their clients, and the lies they told me to keep me from exchanging my vehicle. They knew the vehicle would depreciate. I waited a year and suffered more than 25K in negative equity because of losing value on the original vehicle that was their mistake in the first place. To say I was depressed for that year driving around in their mistake is an understatement. It was heart breaking knowing I was going to financially pay for their mistake and now continue to do so. It was disappointing to watch them put on such a friendly act to completely trying to avoid you and hide after a sale is done and knowing they were at fault and refusing to correct their mistake. Reading these other reviews it seems they hide after the fact often. Like I said I now work in the auto industry and have steered countless people away from this dealership with this information and will continue to do so until something is done, which I definitely don’t count on seeing how they only reply to their “positive” reviews. This is criminal, shame on you Maple Ridge Chrysler, shame on you!
