Roots

The staff at this store where fantastic, very helpful at this crazy busy season. Helped me and my son find everything we were looking for to do an exchange. Although there was a line the cashier's where very efficient and the line moved quiet quickly. Roots at the Maple view mall is definitely a roots store I enjoy going into.

Nice store, had what we were looking for in stock. The said associate had to help us find the item we were looking for but she was able to do it quickly.

Customer service: One of the sales staff (forgive me for forgetting your name!) was so incredibly kind and helpful! And the only reason I dropped a few hundred and didn’t walk out.The other girl (who I later found out was the manager): Absolutely the most unwelcoming, rude, and judgemental sales person I’ve recently come across. She acknowledged everyone except me. Didn’t bother to help. Instead I had to call her over for a size to which she rudely said “excuse me”. I wasn’t anywhere near her when she was looking for a size in the shirt I wanted. I think a part of the reason why she had such a distasteful attitude towards me was because she assumed I either didn’t belong there or didn’t have the $$ to drop on $80 sweat pants. Lol Either way, I hope she learned a lesson about not counting other people’s money based on how they look.

Open during covid. Not crowded, great service.They offer to take returns. Dividers between cashier present, and surfaces get wiped down.

The associates here were super helpful when I was looking for a coat. I found a coat I liked but I wanted it in black. They looked in their stockroom and brought out a similar one in black that I liked, only it wasn’t as warm. Then they brought out a black parka from the back that I really liked and ended up buying. The staff here was super nice and helpful.

Amazing service! Right away they asked what I was looking for and gave suggestions for what other options there are for me. Computers were a little slow, but that's just technology ;) Catered to all my requests!!

They always create a special atmosphere in their shops. High quality of goods.

Great my children will be surprised I went in and purchased something for me ( 1st time )and not for them. Staff were great helping me

Very disappointed with this store's terrible customer service. Called today (Nov 27, 2016) to ask for an item to be put on hold for pick-up tomorrow. Someone answered and asked me to hold/wait. After 15 minutes I hung-up. Then I redialed the store 3 more times and now I get cut-off each time. What a waste of time!!

Very nice small store. The store has excellent staff. Very helpfull and amazing.I shopped on the black friday day and still managed to get a lot of stuff.
