I don’t write reviews but I am compelled to share my experience with this store, ive been coming here for 2 years once a week, my family goes as well, we are fed up and will not be coming back. Today I bought an N R G flavour package of pods tried it and they happened to be menthol or “ice” there was no label for a “ice” flavouring and they will not refund it for another flavour. This has happened multiple times with me and my family, fed up! Is all I can say. Label and display your products properly

the price of hardware is very reasonable, buy 10 get 2 free of ejuice is amazing deal. Paul is truly knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. surprise me about the selections of stlth and disposiable pen. Definitely I will come back and recommend all my friends. pls keep the good work !

I purchased a stlth pen yesterday night, I was told that if I was not happy with the product that I would be able to get a refund thru the stlth website as they are unable to exchange or return in store. That’s fine. I have not had it 24 hours and personally I find that the flavours are not very potent. I go in the stlth website and they will not issue a refund if the device has been purchased through a third party site or store. They only refund when it has been purchased directly thru their website. I called and explained that to a staff member and she still would not do anything about the situation, as I would of liked to purchase a different product that is a bit more expensive and pay the difference of course. I was again told no, nothing can be done.This was my first time in your shop, the service was on point. But I was specifically told I can return it online when I clearly cannot. I have sent an email to Paul and have still heard nothing back. Please inform your staff that they should no longer tell customers they can return online to the stlth website when in fact you can’t.Thank you.
