We have not received our order, though it was made weeks and weeks ago. Yet we were charged instantly and we were charged a shipping fee although our first order was supposed to have had free shipping.

Was good until order did not arrive on time. Called to find out why and discovered they had lost my order. When I asked if they would pay for expedite delivery it was refused. Had to order more (expensive) meds from local pharm due to this error. Mistakes happen but no effort made to apologize and/or mitigate my additional costs.

I have received what I ordered but if you pay extra for expedited service they won't send it that way but they will take your money. They also have an option to pay for lifetime free shipping, they won't honor that also, they will just take your money. So all the shipping options other than normal $9 shipping are a scam. They are just there to take your money. Since that part of the website is a scam it makes me wonder, am I really getting the medicine I ordered or is that a scam also? I've stopped ordering most of my medicines from them because of these concerns.
