These guys are great. Took a Google 6 Pro in with a broken sim card tray and a stuck sim card. Doug managed to get both the broken tray and the card out without taking the phone apart. When I asked about the charge, Doug said, no charge

Awesome friendly staff here. I came in with a minor question and Linzee, who was clearly in the middle of something, had his hands full, looked like he was doing inventory or something, greeted me right away with a friendly hello and dropped everything he was doing to assist me. I was grateful for the speedy hassle free service.

Due to a small error during a screen replacement, I lost my camera so Linzee's first day as manager was dealing with that. Absolutely amazing service. The problem was taken care off. Linzee went to bat to fix the phone and make everything good. I really appreciate the above and beyond. He is very pleasant and really cares about his customers. Highly recommend Mobile Klinik in Medicine Hat. You will be very satisfied.

Was having issues with my charging port on my iPhone. Doug was able to help me immediately by cleaning out the charging port very well and getting me back on the road. Great job and will definitely be back

You’ve no idea how hardworking, honest and tolerant these people are. They put up with me for two straight hours and taught me in the process. Because they collaborated with me while teaching guess what I paid?Nothing!

The nice lady that helped me was Anisha. She cleaned my charging port for me. She cleaned it out perfectly and my phone is able to be charged again, thanks to her and the store.
